Desserts. It’s probably my favorite meal of the day. It’s sweet, filling, and absolutely delicious. Usually, my favorite desserts consist of mixing two sweet treats together. Because two desserts are always better than one.
Playing off of this idea, I present to you the Rice Krispies Cheesecake – the perfect combination of the ever-so-tasty Rice Krispie treat and a scrumptious cheesecake. This hybrid dessert might just be one of the greatest things I have ever eaten.
Thanks to the folks at Public Live Secret Recipes, they have create an awesome step-by-step recipe that shows how you can make this delicious dessert at home. It’s really easy to make, and the entire family will love this!
Here are the ingredients you will need for the crust:
- Your favorite Rice Krispie treat recipe
- Nonstick spray
Here are the ingredients you will need for the filling:
- 1 and a 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup pureed fresh berries
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 6 oz. condensed milk
- 16 oz. cream cheese

This recipe essentially involves making your favorite Rice Krispie treat recipe, but instead of making it into delectable squares, you make it into a pan and use it as a crust.
First, combine the cream cheese & butter in a mixing bowl. Mix this on medium speed for about 4 minutes. Next, add in milk and sugar. Then, mix it again on medium speed for another 2 minutes.
Next, add berries into the mixing bowl and mix on medium speed until the berries are no longer solid.
Then, line the pan you are using with Rice Krispies. Coat the bottom and sides like you would a typical crust. Pour the cheesecake filling on top and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the filling sets.
Finally, cut it into pieces and enjoy!
