There are those who are adventurous with their hair, and then others who like to play it safe…like Sue from Wisconsin. Despite being in her mid-fifties, she was still wearing the same hairstyle she had when she was 18-years-old!
However, Sue finally reached a point where she was ready to add a little spark to her style. And who better to help transform her into a modern woman than The Makeover Guy.
Just because you get older doesn’t mean you have to get “old.”
Sue had already celebrated her 56th birthday, but on the inside, she felt like a girl in her 20s. It was time to let that young version out with a complete beauty transformation.
But instead of just looking gorgeous for one day, Sue wanted a style that she could actually keep up with. She explained:
“I’m hoping for a whole different look – that it’s easy for me to do after I leave here.”
She had come to the right place.

Many women dream of going to Christopher’s salon, MAKEOVERGUY Appearance Studios, which is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Sue herself was a big fan of Christopher and his inspirational makeover videos. Although it had been decades since she last updated her hairstyle, she felt confident in his abilities.
“I just said ‘whatever you want to do, do it’ because I’ve seen the videos and he has magic fingers, he really does.”
Did someone order up a blonde bombshell?
When Sue’s new look is finally revealed even Christopher shouts, “WOW!” She doesn’t look like the same person, that’s for sure. The Wisconsin resident was made-over with blonde tresses and a makeup style that causes her blue eyes to pop.
Finally, Sue’s outer-beauty matched her inner-youth and she was ready to take on the world. She cutely says:
“I feel young, adventurous. Holy crap on a cracker because it was just so different for me.”
The Makeover Guy’s transformations are adored by people all across the globe. Currently, his channel has more than 95 million views!
Fans of the videos share their comments online in response to the dramatic before and afters. As for Sue, she too had a lot of viewers cheering by what they saw. One commenter wrote:
“Yes, she definitely looks like a different person, and there is no way could anybody believe she’s 56! She didn’t look 56 before, but she looks at least 15 years younger than she did. How I’m loving these videos and seeing women feel the confidence in an area they weren’t feeling anymore, or maybe never did? My time is coming soon, I’m almost 46.”
Another person also thought Sue looked unrecognizable. They hilariously pointed out:
