Country music isn’t just loved by those in the Southern United States. Country culture has permeated its way into much of the world including Canada, Ireland & the UK, and even Africa.

The country music scene is known for being popular among rural farmers, which of course exist all over the world!

So it may come as a surprise to some, but American country music and culture can be quite popular in countries like South Africa.

There’s even a Facebook page for it!

Almost all of South Africa’s country music is imported from the States, and artists like Dolly Parton are wildly popular. There’s also an ever-growing number of local South African country artists breaking into the market.

These talented young women have gotten into the country music scene in another way and are absolutely smashing this line dance routine!

Dancing to Ernie Oldfield’s most popular song, “Say Hello”, they’re stepping and shaking their hips in sync.

The dance group has a wide range of ages, with the youngest dancer looking only about 7 years old. It’s incredible how well she’s able to keep up with her more experienced group members.

And her talent didn’t go unnoticed in the comment section.

The American influence on their performance is not hard to see – the red white and blue outfits and star spangled banners make the theme pretty clear!

And it wouldn’t be a line dance without red cowboy hats and matching boots.

Line dancing might seem like a simple one two step to the untrained eye, but the moves can be quite complicated.

All the more reason to be so impressed by these women dancing perfectly in sync!

The intricate details to some of the moves are executed perfectly and every step is on beat. I wonder how long they had to practice together to get it so right.

Even the fringes on their skirts sway in time!

They’re lighting up the stage, and they all make it look so easy.
