The first dance between a bride and groom is one that is cherished forever. A moment where family and friends gather around to watch the newlyweds sway to their special song. During the hustle-bustle of planning a wedding & finally enjoying the perfected ceremony, the first dance signifies a time where the newly wedded couple intertwines.
Time simply stops and it’s just two love birds soaking up the day they vow to love each other forever.
Now, some would say that’s rather traditional… and this vivacious bride and groom would definitely agree.
The bride wearing a white summer dress and the groom wearing a white button-down shirt with khaki shorts, you get the idea of a more relaxed ceremony. Surrounded by all of their family and friends they got ready to embark on there first dance as a married couple.
They slow dance to the song “Unchained Melody” by The Righteous Brothers. When all of a sudden the music cuts out shocking the crowd, and the couple begins a well-choreographed dance number! The energy was electric as they both entertain their guests with their smooth moves to the song “Everybody Dance Now”.
The whole crowd was engaged in their performance clapping with their every move!
As the music changes to “Thriller” by Michael Jackson, the bride and groom absolutely crush the beloved dance song.
The couple is radiating as they groove all out on their special day.
The incredibly charming duet doesn’t stop there when the song switches over to “It’s Not Unusual” by Tom Jones.The couple wore the brightest smiles as they did the classic “Carlton dance”. Oh, and it doesn’t stop there! When the song “Footloose” by Kenny Loggins, kicks them into high gear twisting and shaking all about.
The enthusiasm is contagious and you can just tell the whole crowd is dying to get up there and dance right along with them.
The music changes AGAIN to “What Is Love” by Haddaway booming through the speakers, the couple shows their silliest sides, making funny faces at each other.
The newlyweds had the entire room belly laughing as you hear family and friends in the background, and quite honestly you can’t hide a smile watching them.
When the song changes AGAIN to “Uncanned Heat” by Jamiroquai and they continue to boogie-woogie like their love depends on it!
At this point, you’re wondering if they’ll ever get tired after their legendary dance number. Finally, the bride and groom come back heart to heart swaying to a slow song, and all of their family and friends give them a standing ovation.
It goes without question that these sweet newlyweds have some impressive dance moves!
You can really tell from just the video that they have such adoration for one another. The first dance wedding tradition truly has changed this day and age. While now, newlyweds are entertaining guests with choreographed numbers. What an electrifying way to start the rhythm of life!
