When being a part of any kind of team there is going to be copious amounts of practice. Waking up early and staying up late to practice is no surprise in the sports world. But the most satisfying part is when it all comes together for the big game or big performance! There is no I in TEAM that’s for sure.
Every teammate has value even if it’s a baseball, volleyball, or even a dance team.
Of course, it takes a lot of motivation and determination to keep the team’s passion for the win. But a great coach will keep that spirit alive and drive them to be the best imaginable. This Australian drill dance team sure knew how to keep their squad in sync. They were dressed in a black and red leotard with a red skirt as they held some next level props. When the Fall Out Boy song Light Em Up came on the dance troop was in a vibrant formation.
The dancers were on-stage raining in an ombre yellow to red silk fabric connecting to form new patterns.
This performance is truly hypnotizing! As these well-trained youngins showed their skills and radiant smiles the epic show only started to unfold. How dance groups can synchronize a routine is mind-blowing when watching the debut. The team’s song combined over to Fireball by Paul Deville and the audience got to see the elaborate flames this squad has. These performers own the stage, as their routine gets even more firey.
Their flaming silk creates illusions that you would see in Cirque du Soleil, was truly amazing!
You really can’t take your eyes off of this outstanding show. When the song Burnin Up by Jessie J kicks on it has this dance team in a wave of wonderful moves. Each teammate brings an important part to this outstanding show. One child to the other with very different moves to create one piece of art.
If that’s balance and wit, or exuberance and spirit they all are crucial links to an epic routine.
That is what is so beautiful when a team comes together to create something even bigger than their coach could have imagined.
There are so many factors when a team comes together.
No matter if they are star-studded performers or it’s their first time performing on stage, they are all joined to create a vision.
When a team shares the same passions there’s no limit to what they can do.
This dance squad really debuted an outstanding production with the help of a devoted coach.
The amount of “let’s start from the top!” they had to hear from there coach was probably endless but worth every bit of it. Practice does pay off even if it seems never-ending, the inspiration of fellow teammates helps immensely. Even if one squad member falls there’s a whole troop ready to pick them up. The importance of coming together as a team is something that will help them throughout the rest of their life.
Because there is no I in TEAM.
