15. A Rare Beauty Among Albinos
Albinism is considered to be a very rare condition in which the body doesn’t have enough melanin to produce pigment in a person’s eyes, skin, or hair. According to statistics, in a world with roughly 7.7 billion people roaming around, only about 1 in every 20,000 people are born with it. While this does indeed make them a rarity, it is even rarer to find them in Eastern cultures, such as Japan, where this shockingly beautiful little girl is from.
