Here are 14 pressure points that will get rid of those annoying aches and pains running through your body.

1. The Three Miles Point

Located about 1.5″ under the kneecap, relieving pressure at this point can help improve the digestive system and treat stomach aches, nausea, and vomiting. Bend your legs and press firmly for one minute.

2. The Third Eye Point

As the name suggests, this point can be found right between the eyebrows. Relieving pressure here can help with headaches, depression, chronic fatigue, and mental stress. Gently press on the point for a full minute.

3. The Pericardium Point

This point is located between two tendons on your wrist, around three fingers’ length down your forearm. Relieving pressure here can stop nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness. Press firmly and massage for about 5 seconds.

4. The Tong Zi Lao Point

This point is placed at the outer corners of your eyes. Massaging the point can relieve migraines as well as reduce fatigue in the eyes. All you need to do is rub it with your fingers until you feel better.
