Walmart is one of those places that is more than just a store โ itโs an experience. You never fully know what you are walking into except that you are going to find some incredible deals and see some incredible characters.
At one point there were even viral websites about Walmart!
We are talking about things that were popular back in like 2010, but the spirit lives on. โPeople of Walmartโ was one of them and it documented some of the wildest things that people had ever seen happening in a Walmart.
One recent video shows us that the โwild westโ days of Walmart may not be totally over.

At a local Walmart in Wisconsin, an employee had to handle a truly wild situation. There was an individual causing havoc in the store that had to be dealt with. The twist? It wasnโt a human!
A deer had somehow wandered into the store right through the front door.
From eyewitness and video evidence, it appears that the deer had gotten into the store through the sliding front doors. Itโs a wonder that nobody really noticed! It โprancedโ right through the sliding glass doors like it was on its way to take advantage of a Layaway sale or something.
The Baraboo native worker decided that she had to do something about the loose deer.
When the employee saw the deer, she ended up tackling it to the ground until they were ready to release it! Itโs one thing to try and herd a deer, but to tackle it to the ground takes some serious courage.
They were finally able to release it safely and nobody was hurt.
Besides a bit of product damage, the situation was under control. If it wasnโt for the WWE Walmart Employee tackling the animal to the ground, it would have taken a LOT longer to get the deer out safely.
Incredibly, deer get stuck in stores all the time โ itโs just a thing they do.

Another example happened in an Atlanta Publix! A deer had snuck in and scared all the customers inside (as you normally would be when a wild animal is running around). They werenโt able to get that one out until the fire department came out and pulled the deer out.
The deer in Publix had potentially been hit by a car.
In such a busy area like Atlanta, the firefighters thought it had been disoriented after being hit by a car. Fire Chief Chad Jones was able to make sure it was all ok, however, and release it without too many issues. It did look a bit like it was limping in the video.
One Inside Edition video took the liberty of collecting footage of quite a few โrougeโ deer!
In the video below, Inside Edition covers a few hilarious examples of deer getting into places they shouldnโt. Apparently it happens enough to have compilation videos made! Thankfully, the deer are rarely hurt โ just a bit confused.
