What Do The Judges Think?
Nigel comments on the choreography which was provided by a previous dancer. He did comment that Lacey has to make sure that she uses Danny as her partner. For Danny, Nigel says that what he has been lacking in technique he made up in performance.
Mary shocked some when she told Danny this was not her favorite. She thought it was lacking in technique. The audience was not happy and there were plenty of boos. When it came to Lacey, Mary thought she was fabulous.
Mia thought it was the sexiest dance so far in the season. She calls Danny the stallion of dance.

Taking It To Another Level
Although they were impressive with the Samba they were equally entertaining with their performance of the Viennese Waltz.
Goofing Around
It is not all work and no play when it comes to these two super dancers. When they were working with their choreographer ( Jean-March Genereux) for the Viennese Waltz he would get a little aspirated with the two dancers who wanted to do just goof around a bit.
Lacey Schwimmer
Lacey is known as a ballroom dancer and singer and is the daughter of the well-known dancer Buddy Schwimmer.
During her performance in the third season of So You Think You Can Dance she began with her brother as her partner. Then according to the show’s mandate she had several partners that included
- Danny Tidwell
- Neil Haskell
- Pasha Kovalev
She ended up being named one of the four top finalists for the season where she placed fourth. She later went onto Dancing With The Stars.
Danny Tidwell
Danny is an American dancer who started dancing at the age of eight. Originally he started out with jazz then switched to ballet. Danny made it to the final four contestants in the So You Think You Can Dance He performed a solo to We Are The Champions. He finished the competition as the runner up to Sabra Johnson.
On Their Own Paths
While Danny and Lacey paired up very well together and consider themselves to be friends they each have their own professional paths that they are following for their careers. Danny comes from a family of dancers so it’s in his blood, and he enjoys the many dance styles that he has perfected.
Lacey is also a singer a released a debut single in 2011. There is no doubt that dancing is Lacey’s passion.
It looks like both of these young dancing stars have a very bright future.
