Jenkins is the creative genius behind the site “Juggling the Jenkins,” that has close to 3 million Facebook followers. A recovering addict who suffers from depression and anxiety, Tiffany creates content and speaks around the country in order to bring awareness to mental illness.

Her latest video has now been viewed by over 10 million people. It’s clearly resonated with men and women around the world who struggle (or know someone struggling) with mental illness.

Tiffany’s humor about overcoming obstacles has no doubt opened many people’s eyes about how much work it takes for some of us to simply get up and have an even remotely productive day.

The video, titled “If my brain had a morning meeting…”, begins with Jenkins holding a clipboard and wearing a t-shirt labeled “Brain.”

As Tiffany’s brain starts it’s daily morning meeting, Anxiety, Forgetfulness, Depression, Procrastination, Social Awkwardness, Addiction, Insomnia, and Empathy all gather to create a plan to sabotage her and make her feel like a failure.

The hilariously self-aware Tiffany plays all of the characters in a different t-shirt with their names written in marker.

Of course, Procrastination wanders in late. Motivation, on the other hand, never shows up.

As Tiffany’s brain thanks everyone for coming, she says they only have 20 minutes to mess up her plans to get her kids ready, pick up cupcakes, attend a birthday party, and get some parent-teacher forms made up later that day.

As Depression looks on unenthusiastically and Anxiety nods nervously, her brain opens the conversation by asking “Ok, how do we f*** this up?!”

In a hilarious moment, Procrastination proudly proclaims that she got a head start on making the morning a mess by convincing Tiffany to watch “The Walking Dead” the previous night instead of laying out the kids’ clothes for the day.

Anyone who’s felt like their brain was working against them as they simply tried to get through the day can relate to Tiffany’s Anxiety, which keeps rattling off things she needs to do in a panicked voice. Overwhelmed, much?

And in a perfect representation of how anxiety and depression work together, Depression promises to zap her desire to do anything, even while she’s being constantly reminded of all the tasks she has to accomplish. Go, team!

Halfway through the video, we find out poor Tiffany is also on a diet, which Addiction and Depression (who has a great deadpan moment where she promises to remind her she’ll never stop having to wear maternity clothes) make plans to ruin. Almond scones, anyone?

Then, the trio of Social Awkwardness, Anxiety, and Empathy agree to be front-and-center at that night’s birthday party. Watchers who have ever felt the complete desire to turn off their brain at some point during the day will understand why it’s such a deadly combo.

When it comes to getting the kids in bed later that night and preparing for the next day, the team in Tiffany’s brain is more efficient than most office staffs when it comes to planning ahead. Insomnia, complete with dark circles and pounding an energy drink, is called up to make sure she’ll be around later. And, oh, she will!

As we hear poor Tiffany’s alarm go off in her bedroom, the meeting comes to a close with a rallying cry to “get out there and torment her.” Then Tiffany’s eyes pop open…ready for the day?
