When we do something wrong, sometimes the evidence is written all over our face. And often times this means that we can’t look people in the face. The same goes for our four-legged friends.
Meet Marshall. He’s a very cute but naughty boy.
While Marshall was staying as his doggie daycare facility in New Jersey, he decided that it would be a good idea to eat all of the treats when no one was looking.
Not only did he eat up all of the treats but he made a huge mess in the process completely ripping up all of the bags to shreds and throwing the remains all over the floor.
“I work at a dog daycare and boarding facility,” the woman post posted the video with Newsflare wrote. “I left Marshall in the room for about 5 minutes while I went to go take care of another dog. There were no handles on any of the drawers yet he somehow got a drawer open and chewed up the bags that had treats in them and left the mess for me to find.”
You’d think he’d hide his actions a little bit better, however, when confronted about the mess the guilt was written ALL over Marshall’s face. He just had this really sad and pathetic look on his face and refused to look the daycare facility employee in the face.
“Did you make a mess Marshall,” she asked. “Did you make a mess? What’s all this?”
He looks to the left. He looks to the right but refuses to look at her at all costs. Then she presents him with the evidence… a shredded bag.
“You’re going to pretend you don’t see it now?” she says. “Look at this. This is your mess.”
Even though she’s putting the bag right in his face, Marshall refuses to look at it out of shame.
He just slowly moves his face to the side and pretends it’s not there. If he doesn’t look at it… maybe it didn’t happen?
“Yeah, you did this,” she explains. “You made this mess. Look at this.”
He finally at least makes eye contact with her, but STILL, Marshall refuses to look at the bags he shredded as his eyes dart to the side and then forward again.
His face is just so darn cute that she’ll probably let it side. I mean, he is wearing a cute little bow tie. Watch this adorable and dapper guilty face in the video below.
