Keeping a secret is really hard, especially when it’s about the gender of your baby or in this case, babies.
For seven long months, Korey and Sharon Rademacher thought of a fun surprise for everyone close to them when they found out that they were actually having twins. They carefully thought of a plan to keep this amazing news a secret from their loved ones.
When the video that was shared by the couple became viral, the people tagged it as “the best kept secret” and indeed, it was all worth the effort and the mystery.
The beautiful twins Maryann Faith and Brianna Grace were born last March 12, 2015 in Florida but the Rademachers didn’t tell anyone they were expecting twins.
When the family and friends of the couple came to the hospital to finally meet the beautiful and the newest addition to the Rademachers family, they were all excited to find out if the couple had a son or a daughter. Little did they know that they were in for a big surprise, not just one but two!
The video is a compilation of the reactions of the family and friends of the couple. Some immediately broke down in tears of joy when they saw the two babies and the others were so shocked that they literally dropped their jaws!
One by one, the viral video shows friends and family members being called in to the couple’s room where they revealed that they have two little girls. There are also some clips that show the equally emotional and hilarious reactions of these people via Skype.
The Rademachers said they made this video so that all their families in Michigan and Pennsylvania can see the beautiful surprise. Little did they know that their video would go viral and will still be shared up to this year!
“It was a hard secret to keep but it was worth it in the end,” said Sharon to M Live.
Just by watching this viral video, you’d definitely agree that all their reactions were priceless. It’s something that the family will definitely treasure.
Looking back, Sharon shared with M Live that their “secret” started when they had their first ultrasound last on August 12, of 2014.
When they found out that they are going to have twins, they both knew what they had to do.
“My jaw hit the floor (when we found out we were having twins). The first two things I thought of was we need a bigger car and a bigger house,” Korey, then 31, said while smiling.
When asked about which reaction was their favorite, they said that the most adorable reaction was from Sharon’s mom, who showed up to the hospital with balloons. The funniest however was from Sharon’s sister, Kristen.
Today, the twin girls are 5 years old and are so pretty! Till this day, their wonderful “best kept secret” video is still being shared and is still captivating hearts all around the world.
