Love comes in all shapes and sizes. Itโs a โ usually metaphorical โ fact of life.
However, we recently stumbled upon a story that gives that old saying a more literal meaning.
The Covelli family, who reside in Guam, are big fans of rabbits. They canโt get enough of โem!
They especially have a lot of rabbit to go around with their pet Lilly Sunshine who is, well, pretty big!
Weighing in at 16 pounds, Lilly is the familyโs three-year-old Flemish giant bunny. And guess what? She has a boyfriend.
Thatโs right. His name is Romeo and when Lilly isnโt eating, sleeping, or playing, you can most definitely find her cozying up to her partner-in-crime.
Here comes the funny part though: Romeo is a tiny dwarf bunny who is about one third the size of Lilly.
He is only 4 pounds, but that has not gotten in the way of this true bunny love.
โEveryone is usually taken aback by Lillyโs size, and then when they see her with Romeo, they are even more surprised,โ Sarah Covelli, the rabbitsโ mom, first told The Dodo. โRomeo has the nickname โtiny husbun.โโ
But it is amazing how their size difference truly does not interfere with their adorable love. They donโt even seem to realize it at all!
โRomeo is a sweet, curious little guyโฆ Heโll jump on the couch and climb over us. He is also Lillyโs shadow โ he follows her everywhere! I think he knows sheโll protect him.โ
The two actually gained a pretty heavy following on social media ever since their romance began. Lillyโs Instagram has almost 11,000 followers who all love being updated on the coupleโs sweet romance (posted by their mom, of course).

The love between the two seems pretty undeniable just from photos โ itโs no wonder they are inseparable! I mean love is the only reason youโd want to be squeezed into a corner with someone.
Now we are just hoping that they can lead by example and remind us humans that love truly comes in all shapes and sizes!
