Donald Trump has access to a red button. Don’t worry… the world won’t end when he presses it.
Last week, the AP released a 100 Days interview transcript that they conducted with President Trump. And, buried within the mountain of text and (unintelligble)’s was one particular nugget of delightful information:
The report said:
“With the push of a red button placed on the Resolute Desk that presidents have used for decades, a White House butler soon arrived with a Coke for the president.”
Yup. You read that right. President Donald J. Trump has a button that sits on his desk. A button with a sole purpose of summoning a White House butler to deliver the president a Coke.
That’s all the button does. Whether that’s all the butler also does, we are not sure. Perhaps the butler sits beside a fully stocked mini-fridge down the hall, just waiting for his moment to shine.
Needless to say, Twitter LOVES the president’s button.
