What is cuter than a happy baby, you ask? A happy baby paired with a happy puppy!

If you have been searching for a video that will lift your spirits and make you laugh, look no further. This clip (below) is the cutest thing we have seen all day.

Boston Terriers are known for being extremely hyper, and the little pup in this video is no exception.

We can’t help but laugh as we watch the overly-excited dog jump around in and around the crib. The mother asks, “What are you doing in the crib?” but even then can not help but giggle.

The terrier leaves for a brief second but even when he does, you can tell he is just waiting to go back.

As for his little baby sister, she thinks this is hilarious too. She continues to smile, laugh, and playfully tug on the puppy.

There is nothing cuter than the connection between babies and puppies. Puppies have a strong love and understanding of little toddlers and can exemplify a lot of patience (like when the baby pulls on his ears). They get along so well! It is like they were meant to live together.

Proof that babies and puppies are the cutest pairing of all time: this other tired puppy that fell asleep on this baby.

The baby in this video is even tinier – it looks like a newborn.

The puppy named Callie was a mutt that was tied to her now-owners’ fence in 2012. They think she is a Pitt/Catahoula mix. “She is the sweetest dog we have ever had,” the owners shared.

Callie longingly looks at the baby who’s fast asleep, almost as if she’s jealous of the nap she’s having. The dog is clearly tuckered out as well and her eyes begin to slowly close.

You can tell she tries to fight it as she sways back and forth.

She eventually gives in and lays down with her head propped up on top of the baby’s and it is easily the cutest thing in the entire world! It looks almost as if Callie is trying to protect the newborn baby.

If there’s anything we’ve learned from these adorable puppies and babies, it’s that cuddling is the best!
