Yoga has become increasingly popular over the last few years whether it is because people seek to calm their mind from all the chaos that surrounds them or to continue and further their flexibility and strength, or to study the practice to increase their knowledge on where it origination or even a mixture of those and many other reasons. No matter the varying reasons for different yogis to find their own practice more and more users are sharing their accomplishments and progress through videos on social media platforms. Many times even just for personal use to see where in the pose or position they were off balance or could improve. One yogi was practicing her headstand pose and recorded herself to see how she looked, as well as, what she could do to improve but once she flipped over and watched the tape back she realized she wasn’t alone in her practice.

In the video, we watch as she goes to get into her pose making sure she has a strong base first. This is when we get the first glimpse of her curious cat coming to see what exactly his mom up to today.

The cat approaches slowly and cautiously around his mom in order to get to his final destination without being stopped or noticed.

Just as his mom starts to slowly make her way into her final form for her headstand her cat decides to get up close and personal with her phone. Stopping for just a moment to gaze into his reflection.

Once he acquires the scene and what is exactly going on with the phone his mom begins to find her balance in the headstand moving her legs together and up over her head. He takes a seat and watches the show as it appears in the reflection of the camera in front of him.

Slowly but surely his mom finally gets to the final headstand position and achieves a strong balance in the pose. Her cat’s amusement and curiosity for what is appearing before him increases as he tilts his head to the side. Interested in watching every little movement.

Once she finds her stability and feels confident in her pose, she gently makes her way down to then rewatch the video she just took to see how her form was. But once she flips over and turns to the camera she finds her cat was watching quite intently.

She giggles and crawls towards her phone to turn it off and rewatch the video. Her cat now unamused that the show is over but now it is onto the next thing that piques his curiosity.
