Everyone has a public figure that they look up to with great admiration. These heroes and role models have a persona and style that some of us can really relate to. So much so that we’ll even emulate that style and persona.
Apparently, this admiration extends to animals as well as humans.
Take this cockatoo for example. Not only does he love when his owner plays Elvis, but he even stole the King of Rock and Roll’s hair style. His feathers mimic Elvis’ quaff.
The video of this bold cockatoo was posted on YouTube by Mark Muldoon and shows the cockatoo jamming out when his owner picks up a guitar and starts playing Elvis’ hit song “Don’t Be Cruel.”
The Elvis-headed bird on the right starts to feel the beat and starts to bob his head up and down.
He starts groovin’ hard toward the bird next to him to see if his friend is feeling it too. He might be, but definitely not as hard as the bird with the quaff.
At one point the bird on the on the left starts inching over and away from his energetic friend and holds up his talon to shield himself from his enthusiasm.
loll my friend giffed this for me ages ago. Love it pic.twitter.com/jaJksDf2cf

He’s obviously the basic one out of the group.
When the song reaches its peak, the bird goes in full out jam mode and is completely consumed by the music.
The song fills his entire body and he starts to head bang while holding his wings out at his side. This guy is obviously a huge Elvis fan. He keeps looking over at his basic friend like “How are you not getting down to this right now?”
The Elvis cockatoo has become an internet sensation with more than 6.9 million views. He’s even sparked a series of hilarious social media posts.

The non dancing one is like the missus used to her man making a fool of himself at parties. ??
