Use A Slow Cooker To Create The Most Delicious Pork Chops With Minimal Effort
Jenny Brown

Pork chops are a family favorite in my household. Both my husband and my kids love them, and they constantly remind me to buy pork chops every time I visit the supermarket.

There are many ways to cook a pork chop. Some prefer to pan-fry it for a crispy kick while others bake it in the oven. Personally, the recipe below is by far my favorite way to cook a pork chop. Not only is the end result delicious, but it also hardly requires any effort on my part.

The secret behind this recipe is the use of a slow cooker and special blend of seasonings.

To start, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 6 pork chops
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves of smashed garlic
  • salt & pepper

The slow cooker does most of the work in this recipe. All you need to do is create the seasoning.

Place 6 pork chops in the slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, blend together all the ingredients. Mix it until everything is mixed together. The key is to have a little bit of all the spices and seasoning in every bite!

Then, pour the seasoning over your pork chops.

Now, let it cook on low for approximately 6 hours. That’s it… you’re done!

Doesn’t the end result just look delicious?
