How To Make Quick And Easy Chicken Casserole

Have you ever had the problem where you’ll come across a perfect recipe, only to realize when trying it that’s it’s a little too perfect? There’s been more times I can count where I’ve come across a recipe that was honestly a bit too difficult for me to handle. That’s why I always love occasionally finding recipes that are labeled quick and easy in order to make something new, without stressing out about it.

Well, I recently came across this recipe for chicken casserole and I have to say, there’s barely any work required. The end result, however, is delicious. This recipe is for those of you who want to make something quick and easy, but still come out with something that you’ll eat every single time. Interested? You’l need the following ingredients to start:

  • 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of uncooked white rice
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • 1 packet of french onion packet soup mix
  • 2 chopped onions
  • water
  • salt
  • pepper

First, place your uncooked rice inside a casserole dish. Make sure the rice is evenly spread out throughout the dish.

Now place your chicken breast on top of the rice.

Next, mix the cream of celery and french onion soups together, being sure to add a small amount of water to the mix.

Add some salt and pepper for taste, then pour the entire mixture over your chicken and rice.

Finally, add onions then put everything in the oven for 2 hours at around 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

When you take it out of the oven, you’ll be left with a rich and creamy chicken casserole that you’ll absolutely love!
