This little one made my day.

A lot of parents have a hard time putting the camera down with their kids. Especially when theyโ€™re babies, even the smallest of moments are usually too cute for words.

From playing in the sand to eating a spoonful of peas for the first time โ€“ thereโ€™s nothing more precious than watching a little one discover the world.

Letโ€™s face it, thereโ€™s a lot of funny moments with kids, too. One dad captured some really comical footage of his baby, which occurred during just an everyday activity.

But itโ€™s what dad creatively added to the video that took it to a whole new level.

Babies can be real squirmy little things, especially as they move towards becoming more mobile. Once they figure out all theyโ€™re able to do โ€“ watch out!

The baby in the video is laying on a blue blanket on the ground, wearing just his diaper. As he stares up at dad, thatโ€™s when the fun begins.

Itโ€™s dance party time!

He starts kicking his legs rapidly around while keeping a stiff torso. The dance probably seems oddly familiar โ€“ but mixed with the music itโ€™s easy to see, he looks just like an Irish step dancer!

The babyโ€™s dad added the song โ€œCry of the Celtsโ€ by Ronan Hardiman to the scene. The end result is absolutely hilarious and adorable.

With bent legs, the baby kicks his feet over and over as if they have minds of their own. If only he were standing up โ€“ heโ€™d be setting the stage on fire!

Shows like Riverdance are made up of amazing Irish footwork like this. Move over Michael Flatley, thereโ€™s a new kid in town thatโ€™s destined to be a star.

Not only does the baby have incredible moves, but his happy and excited expressions really steal your heart. Just looking up at daddy has him unable to control his need to wiggle.

Although it seems like being a dancer is already in this babyโ€™s cards โ€“ for traditional Irish dancing, heโ€™d have to learn to keep his squirmy arms close to his sides.

There are multiple theories of why Irish dancers keep their arms so straight, according to the Antonio Pacelli site. However, one sticks out from the rest.

โ€œThe most believable theory, which is supported by many historians of Irish dance, is that the Dance Masters of the 18th century were responsible. They liked etiquette, and disapproved of the unruly arm movements of Sean Nos dancing. They therefore made their students dance with their arms in a fixed position, holding a stone on the hand to keep them in a fist.โ€

For now though, itโ€™s so much fun to watch this little baby enjoy all the cool moves his body can do. He doesnโ€™t need a stage โ€“ just his blue blanket, his daddy, and a little โ€œCry of the Celts.โ€

As an old Irish saying goes,

โ€œDancing with the feet is one thing, but dancing with the heart is another.โ€

This type of dancing can really stop a crowd โ€“ just like when strangers in the Dublin airport were treated to a flashmob!

Since the babyโ€™s video was posted on YouTube, itโ€™s been watched more than seven million times. Itโ€™s sure to have you grinning from ear to ear.
