When Jolene Taylor posted a video of her toddler’s crazy dance moves on Facebook, she never expected that it would go viral. However, that is exactly what happened.
Within a few shorts weeks, the youngster became a massive Internet sensation.
The reason being? He is one of the most hilarious little dancers that we have ever seen. He has got moves that would even make professional adult dancers jealous. We’re only partially joking. For a kid of his age, he has some serious rhythm. Once he gets older, we won’t be surprised at all if he ends up being a total ladies man.
The song that inspired the awesome dance moves was the new track “The Git Up” by Blanco Brown.
It’s one of the most popular fresh hip-hop songs to be released in recent months.
“Gone and do the 2 step then cowboy boogie grab your sweetheart and spin out with em do the hoedown and git into it,” the lyrics of the song read.
Judging by the toddler’s dancing, he really loved it too.
He barely knows how to walk and he’s already doing the two-step and cowboy boogie. It’s a feat that is definitely pretty impressive, even if he doesn’t fully understand the extent of his awesomeness.
“Just started walking last week and already Gitten It Up #BabyGotMoves,” Jolene wrote in the video description.
At this rate, the baby will be running a marathon by next month.
It’s hard to believe how quickly kids grow up, but it’s something that every parent has experienced.
While for some toddlers, it’s dancing, for others it is singing, or reading a book. It’s fascinating how quickly kids can learn new skills once they set their minds to the task.
For this little guy, it was a desire to compete in “The Git Up Challenge”, a new dance craze based on the Blanco Brown track that is taking the Internet by storm. The singer posted a tutorial of the Git Up Dance, and ever since, thousands of people have partaken in the challenge.
Jolene’s tiny son might be the challenge’s youngest participant.

He works his way across the dance floor with such talent.
Although, maybe not quite as well as the older individuals partaking in the dance craze. For example, in the part where you are supposed to lean back and put your hands up, he accidentally falls forward instead. It’s so adorable to watch.
He is one of the cutest up and coming young talents that we’ve seen and everyone online agrees as well. In the last few weeks, the video of the toddler’s dancing has received over 11 million views in addition to hundreds of thousands of shares. It’s pretty incredible how quickly it went viral.
Although he is likely too young currently to appreciate his Internet fame, maybe one day he will be able to grasp the true extent of it. However, by that point, there will be a new viral dance craze and The Git Up Challenge will simply be old news.
For now, though, we can all enjoy this awesome little performance for what it is — a young child enjoying a lovely hip-hop song, not for fame, fortune, or any other nefarious reason, but simply because he likes the beat.
