10 times beloved dogs were also total jerks

We love our dogs. In fact, sometimes it feels like they’re the only ones who love us back unconditionally.

Of course, at the end of the day, they’re animals and they have instincts. Sometimes those instincts lead them towards the trash or cause them to tears something into tiny pieces.

Other times they just let their naughty side take over. In fact, we’ve seen very well-trained dogs have an “off” day every now and then.

Our pets aren’t always going to act the way we want them to, but it is nice when they aren’t jerks.

Sadly for these dog owners, their pups are quite the pain in the butt:

1. Comfortable seating

It’s common knowledge that dogs and cats don’t always get along. However, this dog’s behavior was totally uncalled for. He sat on top of the cat and crushed her with his butt!

2. Playtime gone wrong

These playful puppies thought it would be a good idea to drink from the toilet. However, things quickly escalated. Two of the pups decided to try and drown their other brother.

3. Exciting afternoon

This dog had a lot of fun while her owners were away for the afternoon. She decided to destroy a bunch of magazines – and she looks pretty proud of it!

We suppose that’s one way to stay busy…

4. Dirt bag

Judging by the dog’s face, she definitely knows she’s guilty. She made a huge mess for the humans to clean up. She is so cute though, it’s going to be hard to punish her.

5. A nice bath

Toilets are not great places to take a bath. However, dogs don’t know that… at least not this one. Now he is actually going to need a real bath.

6. When your dog actually eats your homework

Teachers never believe it when their students tell them that the dog ate their homework. It’s the oldest excuse in the book. Although, this time, it’s actually true.

7. Pantry raid

It looks like someone was having fun.

First, the dog opened the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Then he tore through everything else in the kitchen.

8. Sunbathing

The woman was out relaxing in the sun and the dog decided to come out to say hello. He wanted to join in on the fun and plopped down right on her face. Let’s just hope he has taken a bath recently.

9. Where’s the beef?

Dogs are very intelligent animals. Sometimes they even figure out how to open the fridge and help themselves to a snack. Everything inside is fair game.
