A busy schedule can make it hard to sit down and relax, but sometimes doing so can be a powerful tool to ease pain. Soak your feet in a warm tub of water along with one or two cups of Epsom salt to relieve inflammation. Epsom salts contain magnesium which is known to be a natural relaxant.

A commonly used tool to prevent sore feet is inserts. You may recognize the name Dr. Scholl’s as being one of the most popular brands. There are many varieties for you to choose from, and they can be purchased at your local pharmacy or drug store.
Stretch
Stretching sore muscles can help relieve some of the soreness and pain you are experiencing. Flex your feet in and out to stretch muscles in your feet. You can also flex your toes in and out to relieve pain as well.
Clove Oil
Clove oil is known to be able to treat many types of pain, including sore feet. It can be mixed with a carrier oil such as olive or almond oil. You can even mix it into a non-scented lotion. Massage the oil into your feet several times a day.
