Thanksgiving dinner is a time when family and friends come together, and this group made it extra special.

The girls are obviously into music as even at thanksgiving dinner one of them (Chelsie) is not prepared to take the headphones off.

Thanksgiving Fun

All was good when it came time to sit down for the Thanksgiving meal until one of the young ladies was intent on listening to her music while eating.

There is no doubt from this moment on that what took place was a choreographed thanksgiving that was taking place at Chelsie Hill’s residence.

The entire dance performance is carried out by the three girls that are in wheelchairs. They have all moved from the table so they can perform their dance moves easier.

The lady at the table who had shown surprise wasn’t going to be left out of the fun.

She now joins in with the dance routine. She too is in a wheelchair.

The only man in the group and the only one here not in a wheelchair seems like he is taking it all in stride and gets up to go get another bottle of wine.

After a most enjoyable performance and as the dance ends one of the young ladies wants to know what is for dessert! Obviously to these wheelchair dancers, dancing is food for them.

The Entire Dance

The entire dance was performed to the song Look What You Made Me Do by Taylor Swift.

Thanks At Thanksgiving

The tradition of thanksgiving is to come together to give thanks for the harvest and other blessings in life. Chelsie Hill was one of the dancers in this performance.

Chelsie was a high school student that was enjoying her youth and was very popular. Chelsie has also been a dancer throughout her life.

Then in 2010, she was a passenger in a vehicle that was being operated by someone under the influence of alcohol. The driver lost control of the vehicle and there was a bad accident., Chelsie ended up with a spinal cord injury.

The choreographed Thanksgiving video was taken in 2017 and was branded with the Rolettes logo.

Chelsie launched the Rollettes Dance Team that has made a difference not only to her life but the lives of so many others.

The team has grown in popularity and has been the guests on many shows such as Ellen and Today shows. The team has become competitive and there is no stopping them.

The True Meaning of Thanksgiving for Chelsie

Although Chelsie has had a lot to struggle with she obviously thinks she has much to be thankful for as this vibrant young woman and her friends celebrate thanksgiving with dance.

In addition to everything else Chelsie is a passionate speaker and advocate against drunk and distracted driving.
