A lot of music lovers would agree that Michael Bublรฉ and Christmas go together like hot cocoa and marshmallows. Turns out, he pairs quite nicely with legendary singer Rod Stewart too!
Bublรฉ took the stage with Stewart during his NBC Christmas special, Home for the Holidays. While the evening was full of memorable performances โ the duoโs sultry cover of โWinter Wonderlandโ continues to warm souls year after year.
The star-studded musical event took place in Vancouver, Canada.
According to WFMJ, he said:
โIโm so excited to be back on NBC for another big Christmas Special which we got to tape in my hometown of Vancouver. We had great fun with our guests and I think the show really captures the joyous spirit of the holidays.โ
So, who were some of the celebrities there that magical evening? Blake Shelton, Carly Rae Jepsen, and the lovable Elmo all performed with the multi-Grammy award-winning artist, whoโs responsible for the hit album Christmas.

The crowd was also treated to a Christmas duet from Bublรฉ and Stewart.
Although the singers come from different musical eras and styles, one thingโs for sureโฆthey both have a voice that can make listeners swoon! Then, add in a couple of tuxedos, a Christmas favorite, and some twinkling lights? Weโre talking heart-melting.
A music match made in Heaven.
Not only do Bublรฉ and Stewart take turns crooning the lyrics of โWinter Wonderland,โ they sing together as well. The combination is magnificent and surely had many going weak in the knees. I mean, itโs Rod Stewart and Michael Bublรฉโฆ

The charming duo is as fun to watch as they are to listen to.
During the performance, they dance a bit on stage and throw in gestures to complement the lyrics of โWinter Wonderland.โ At one point, Stewart shimmies his shoulders like heโs walking, then a few moments later, Bublรฉ sexily makes a snowman in the air.
They turn the heat up a notch with their moves.
To fill an instrumental break in the song, the singers break out their dancing skills even moreโฆ Well, sort of. Perhaps itโs a little like theyโre โdad dancing,โ but itโs undoubtedly cute as a button!
If these guys werenโt friends before this performance, thereโs no doubt they were after.
They light up the stage with their talent and charm just perfectly as a duo โ almost as if they were made to perform together. Whoโs ever idea it was to pair them up deserves a pat on the back.
Itโs no surprise that Michael Bublรฉ is a huge fan of Christmas.
Apparently, someone must have been very good that year to have gotten to perform with such a legendary singer like Rod Stewart. Thereโs no doubt that Stewart was as equally honored to share a stage with Bublรฉ!
