It’s like they’re given the chance to regain their positive energy even after a setback.
Imagine the happiness they feel.
It’s warming to see the smile on these people’s faces when we see their reaction to their fresh look.
A widow from Vero Beach, Florida was given a chance to experience this.
At 52, she was at the lowest point in her life after losing her husband. It’s unimaginable how hard it is to handle the pain of losing someone who had been with you almost half of your life.
She casually shared how she feels about it and eventually got emotional when she mentioned her grandbabies – who gave her the strength to hold on.
“The bad is that I lost my husband, but the good is that I have grandbabies.”
As she was trying to hold back her tears, Maggie also recounted what her husband would always tell her.
“He (her husband) was always like, ‘take care of yourself’.”
Even though he’s no longer with her, she chose to follow her husband’s advice.
She accepted a challenge – and that’s to get a makeover from an expert Christopher Hopkins – who is a famous entrepreneur, entertainer, cyber-star, and author.
On Christopher’s YouTube channel, you will see the women whom he has empowered by giving them a makeover.
That’s what he exactly did to Maggie.
She was completely shocked upon seeing her new hairdo. It made her smile out of extreme happiness. Even though she was already beautiful before, she couldn’t believe that she would look so much younger.
“Oh my gosh, I didn’t think I could look like this! This does not look like me at all,” she said.
“I never thought they would dye my hair blonde. I look like my daughter,” she added.
Christopher did not just change her looks, he also gave her encouragement to regain her confidence. According to her, even though she’s 52, she feels like she’s around 30. It’s a delight to see her happy after all the things she’s been through.
Even the commenters expressed their support for Maggie. They all liked her new look.
“Absolutely wonderful. This may mark the beginning of her taking care of herself. I’m sure her husband would be glad she’s happy.”
We agree with this comment so much! The day when she received a makeover might be the day she starts practicing self-love more.
After all, she definitely deserves it.
