Brittany Latham from Alabama owns a photography studio and her pictures are truly pieces of art. She doesn’t only want to make great snaps of beautiful moments, but Brittany will often create a photograph to deliver a heartfelt message.

That was the case with her recent picture of a woman crying in the bath, as she feels that is something every woman can relate to.

After all, everyone has their issues but we often hide our sad emotions for the general public and let them all loose when nobody can see them.

Brittany wanted to spread a heartfelt message, that there’s nothing more powerful than the strength of a woman. It can be considered an ode and an open letter to every struggling woman out there.

“For the woman whose husband makes an “extra stop” after work every evening, Brittany posted on her Facebook page.”

“For the woman who is mourning the loss of a pregnancy that nobody else knew about.”

“For the woman who was fired for her fourth tardy because she has been awake for a straight week with a sick child.”

“For the single mom who doesn’t know how the utilities are going to stay on this month.”

“For the woman who has gone through 2 IVF’s and has tried for five years without success but still shows up to every baby shower for her friends.”

“For the woman who still hasn’t forgiven herself for the abortion that she had 20 years ago.”

“For the woman who has a line of judging eyes at her and her children as she slides her debit card at the grocery store.”

No matter what the underlying issues might be, it’s safe to say the everyone deals with them and can do a pretty good job at hiding them. Every person knows what it’s like to be struggling.

“For the woman that opens the door to the news of her husband being killed overseas three weeks before he was to return home,” she continues.

“For the woman that lives a with a quiet anxiety because nobody understands what you could possibly (be) stressed about.”

“For the woman that gives to her family all day – every day and just. needs. a. break.”

“For the woman that smiles at strangers all day in public – but weeps silently every night.”

“For the woman that heard the rumor about herself at church today.”

“For the woman sleeping next to a stranger every night.”

“For the woman whose genetics will never allow her to look like the ones in the magazines.”

“For the woman that endures one broken relationship after another because there was no father around to teach her what love looks like.”

“For the woman raising a fatherless daughter and praying that history doesn’t repeat itself.”

Brittany’s post had struck a chord with thousands, as every woman can relate to something in her post. The photographer’s ode to women and mothers all around was yet to come.

“For every single woman that cries in the shower so that nobody else can see. Because if you aren’t strong-nobody is.”

“Just because the water washes your tears doesn’t mean that you don’t cry.”

“I am you. I see you. I am with you, I cry with you.”

The beautiful black and white photograph of a woman noticeably crying in the bathtub, has gone viral with more than 400,000 likes and shares on Facebook.

“Absolutely incredible! I like to think of every woman as a shattered vase put back together by a beautiful gold glue. Each vase is stunning & unique in its own way. And the light shines through those cracks making it glow!” Yana Kasperczak wrote.

Brittany herself never expected her post to be seen by millions.

“I am overwhelmed by the messages and I am trying to respond to them all,” she wrote in a follow-up message.

“Thank you for seeing my heart, sharing it and standing in solidarity for women all over the world.”

The professional photographer also told that she decided to share this photo because she has recently dealt with some own personal struggles, and wanted to be a beacon inspiration and help to the countless others struggling as well.

“I know many, many women who have carried on through times like that just as I did,” she told to Scary Mommy.
