With so many options for lashes clusters nowadays, it can be seriously overwhelming to know where to begin. But luckily, I’ve got you.
This article was written in paid partnership with SBLY eCommerce Brands.
I’ve tested out two popular lash cluster brands that are all the rage right now: Noonlash and Lilac St.! Both are viral for being ultra-lightweight, natural, and seamless, so I put them to the test—let’s see which lash cluster is the ultimate winner.
Effortless, salon-quality DIY lashes by Noonlash
After hearing tons of raving reviews about Noonlash, I had to test them for myself! And wow. I think I’ve found my new favorite lash clusters.
Look
Noonlash is a game-changer for achieving natural-looking lashes. Their easy-to-apply segments with a clear band is what won me over. And the best part? They offer a variety of styles, from effortlessly natural to full-on glam, ensuring I can match any vibe I’m going for. It is truly like bringing the salon experience right into my own home.
My favorite thing about Noonlash is how easily customizable the lash cluster kits are—since they are sold in 3-Length Kits, which come with 30 lash clusters, ranging from 10-13mm, tailoring the lashes to my preferred lash maps has never been easier.
I tried on the Noon Lash Set, and customized my lash map with 10, 12, 12, and 10mm lashes, which I found (after some trial and error) suits my eye shape the best!
Feel
Unlike other lash clusters and strip lashes I’ve tried, which can feel heavy on my eyelids, Noonlash genuinely feels like air. The moment I popped them on, they seamlessly blended with my real lashes, feeling as light as a feather. They are crafted from 100% Korean silk, mimicking the texture of natural hair, ensuring they’re barely noticeable.
Durability
When it comes to staying power, Noonlash is quite impressive. These lashes are built to last—they easily and consistently last me around 4-5 days and never require even a single touch up. What’s even better? I found out that I could actually wash and reuse the Noonlash lash segments! Beautiful lashes and good value? Sign me up.
Lash Glue
Noonlash’s 2-in-1 Lash Bond & Sealant glue is effortless to work with—just slap it on and those lashes are yours for the next 5 days! It’s on par with Lilac St.’s adhesive, making the whole application process a breeze. While I’d give the edge to Lilac St.’s glue if I had to choose, but the truth is, unless you’re doing a side-by-side comparison, you likely won’t notice much of a difference between the two.
Price
Last but not least, let’s talk about value. Despite its exceptional quality, Noonlash surprisingly won’t break the bank. Whether you purchase their Starter Kits ($75) featuring three lengths or their individual lash clusters ($12), I think Noonlash gives great value. It’s slightly pricier than some of its competitors, such as Lilac St. and Flutter Habit but in my opinion, for the consistency and quality of the lashes, those few extra dollars are well worth it.
In all honesty, when it comes down to it, Noonlash and Lilac St. are practically twins in the lash game! They both deliver that flawless look and feel, scoring a solid 10/10 from me. But if I had to pick a winner, Noonlash wins by a hair, but that’s just my preference! It’s all about trying on what works best for your eye shape.
As you can see here, I have compared the two lashes side by side—Noonlash (on the right) is a touch softer and more natural than Lilac St. (on the left), as the hair texture seems more stiff. It’s a slight and subtle difference, but definitely good to note! Also, you can see that Noonlash has an invisible band, while Lilac St. uses a thin, black band; no better or worse here, just preference!
So what’s the main reason I’m so obsessed with Noonlash?
As I’ve mentioned, I’m a huge fan of customizing my own lash map and am constantly playing around with what styles best suit my eyes! I have even mixed lash styles with each other in one lash map, and found it to be surprisingly flattering as well.
The Noonlash’s 3-Length Set makes it easiest to tailor the lashes to your idea of perfection. Plus, they’ve got such an amazing range of styles, that there’s something for every mood.
So, while it was a close call, Noonlash wins as my top pick for its versatility. With Noonlash, you’re not just getting lashes—you’re getting a whole experience that lets you personalize your lash look. That little detail sets Noonlash apart from the rest, easily making it my go-to for effortlessly stunning and comfortable lashes every time.
If you’re in the market for a new DIY lash routine, that saves you time & money, while making you feel put-together 24/7, Noonlash is the one!
The viral Lilac St. lash clusters
I’ve been seeing Lilac St. all over my Instagram feed lately and I finally decided to give them a try!
Look
These lash clusters look amazingly natural. All of their lash styles, including the more dramatic ones, still manage to look wispy and light! These lash segments do come with a thin, black band, which gives off a light eyeliner look when it’s on the lash—super great for those looking for a more defined look without the hassle of actual eyeliner. The subtle band not only enhances the lash line but also makes application simple, blending seamlessly with your natural lashes for that effortlessly chic vibe.
Lilac St. also comes with deep brown colored lashes! I can’t wait to try out their Originals – Espresso lash clusters for an even more natural and blended look!
Feel
Lilac St. lashes feel so light-weight and comfortable on the eyes, you’ll barely notice you’re wearing them, even after a few days. The band is also flexible, so it hugs your lash line just right—no poking, no weird heaviness, no lifting. I wake up genuinely forgetting that I have any lashes on at all, it’s the best.
Durability
These MVPs stayed on my lashes for 5 days straight, with no issues at all! This is a combination of their great glue adhesive (which we’ll talk about in a second), and their light-weight lash clusters. I had zero problems with the lashes budging or coming off—until around day 4, where I could tell it was time for a new set.
Lash Glue
The Lilac Lash Glue definitely came out on top compared to Noonlash. They both have the same type of user-friendly mascara applicator, but the Lilac Lash glue seemed a bit stronger and tackier, making it easier for the lashes to stick on. Both are quite comparable, but if I had to choose, Lilac St. comes out on top here!
Price
The Lilac St. lash clusters are $11 per individual set and their Intro Starter Kits are $45, which are great deals, especially compared to higher end lash cluster brands like Lashify. The lash clusters are affordable, but very comparable to Noonlash prices as well, coming in just a dollar under. Overall, Lilac St. is an affordable option for anybody wanting to either begin trying lash clusters, or sustain their lash obsession!
