Nikki Ihus, is a new mother from Kansas City, her baby was born with congenital diaphragmatic hernia. This is a rare, life-threatening, condition in which there is a hole in the babyโs diaphragm.

Being in a new city, Nikki didnโt have any clothes for her baby, so she called an Uber to head to the clothes store
When she got in the Uber she couldnโt help but vent to the driver, Belinda, Nikki just needed to tell someone about the hardships that were going on in her life.
โShe told me her story. She was in tears a couple of times and I really felt for her. She needed to talk and I was there to listen, people donโt listen anymore. I believe people get in my car for a reason other than a ride.โ Belinda said.
After hearing Nikkiโs story, Belinda knew she had to do something. So she parked her Uber and went into the store
When Belinda dropped Nikki off at Rhea Lanaโs, a childrenโs clothing store she drove off. As she drove away, she couldnโt get Nikki and her poor baby out of her mind. So she turned her Uber around and went back to the store.
She went in and found Nikki shopping, she explained that she couldnโt let her be alone and the two shopped together. Nikki was so happy to have Belinda shopping with her, she couldnโt believe what the Uber driver did next.
When it came time to check out, Belinda paid for all 30 of the outfits Nikki picked out, the new mom couldnโt help but cry
Nikki was thrilled to have the company while shopping, but she never dreamed Belinda would pay for all the clothes she picked out! Without thinking twice, the generous driver paid for 30 outfits. Nikki burst into tears, the generous gesture just overwhelmed her with joy!
โFor this stranger to go completely out of her way โ stop what she was doing and stop making money โ to come be with me for a couple of hours while we shopped together, that was just incredible.โ Nikki said.
