Every parent knows that getting your kids to eat healthy food is no easy task. This is true no matter how old the child is – from toddler to teenager. This parent knew the struggle of putting food in her babies’ bellies, so she decided to use a different approach. You’ll never guess how this mom made meal time fun.
Vanessa H is the proud mother of adorable triplets. These three boys were still in their early learning stages when Vanessa decided to win snack time. She did something you’ll have to see to believe.
After Vanessa prepared a bottle for each of her infant sons, she tried to think of a way to get them excited about eating. Anyone who has had a baby of their own knows that it can be tricky to get them to eat – and Vanessa had triple the trouble! She had to come up with a plan, so she put her creativity to the test.
Vanessa lined up the three baby bottles in a row at one end of the hall. Then, with her triplets facing her, she began the race! “Who wants the ba-bas?!” the mother encouraged her children in a cheery, high-pitched voice.
At first, the triplets were confused, but they quickly caught on to the idea. One began crawling toward his mom, then the next, until all three boys were on their way to the finish line.
“Come on!” Vanessa called out to her boys as they came closer to her. “Who’s hungry?” She asked, letting them know what prize they were racing for.
The triplets were determined to reach the bottles as quickly as they could. Brandon reached the bottles first, and he extended his right arm in victory. As the baby finally reached the end of the race, he touched the top of his bottle.
The other two boys, Christian and Aiden, were briefly confused when they saw that Brandon had reached the bottle, but they regathered themselves and rejoined the race. The battle for second place was a close one, with Christian just barely claiming the title over Aiden. All three babies proves themselves strong fighters in this competitive race.
There’s no easy way to get your kids to eat good foods, but this mom successfully turned meal time into a fun game. This video is proof that babies are a continual source of joy for the people in their lives.
