There are some people who are just never satisfied. No matter how good the service was at a restaurant, it wasn’t good enough. They complain about the food they are served, the movies they see, and the people who serve them.
As it turns out, though, it’s not just humans who do this. The tiny french bulldog puppy in this video is evidence of that.
You are about to be introduced to Boo.
His full name is Bugatti, but those close to him call him Boo. At the time this video was filmed, he was 18 days old and in foster care with an organization named Norcal Bully Breed Rescue.
The little guy was born with a cleft palate. Boo was also born with quite a curious disposition. He’s shown throughout the video exploring the world around him.
Amazingly, Boo is able to listen to commands less than 3 weeks into his life.
Those caring for him also noted he sounds like a famous french bulldog named Walter Geoffrey, who went viral for arguing with his owner back in 2018.
Boo is the epitome of an adorable puppy. If he doesn’t melt your heart then it might be made of stone.
Boo does his best impersonation of a full-grown bulldog in the video as he attempts to sound fierce and ferocious with his high-pitched puppy barking.
It is Boo’s high-pitched barking which leads his caregivers to believe he is launching some type of official complaint. They attempted to tell Boo that the complaint department is closed on Tuesday’s, but Boo does not stop vocalizing his concerns.
“Are you upset with your roommate?” A voice off-camera asks the young puppy.
“I’ll speak to the manager but I don’t know what we can do about this,” the voice responds to Boo’s continued barks.
“I understand if you don’t stay with us again,” the voice continues. “I’ll let them know. Thank you for your patience.”
Despite the women’s calm demeanor, Boo continues to issue his official complaints.
Boo has less to complain about as the video continues. For instance, Boo discovered he can just start biting on a bigger dog’s tail while they drink water. This seems to keep him happy for a bit.
Later in the video, Boo takes a big nap as he was probably tired from all the complaining he had been doing. Frollocking and play fighting with other puppies also keeps his mind on other things.
Unfortunately, as the video continues, Boo began lobbying more complaints against his caregivers.
This time, Boo wanted them to remove the bell from around his collar.
“Well, it has to stay on there or otherwise I can’t find you, you hide from me,” the voice explains. “I don’t’ know what else to tell you, you have to go along with the program.”
Boo’s complaints later in the video seem to be directed at the voice off-camera, wanting her to play with him in the laundry room. Unfortunately, the woman has other chores she has to do and is not available to give the little guy the attention he both deserves and craves.
As of this fall, Boo is still causing chaos for the good folks at Norcal Bully Rescue.
They have posted videos of a slightly older Boo running around the home. Perhaps he still issues his official complaints from time to time as well.
