Sometimes, it’s just the little things in life that can truly brighten someone’s day. It could be something as simple as a cute animal video, a hug from your favorite person, or even the joy of a child.
Six-year-old Natasha Furman will definitely brighten your day- the little girl dances with the pure essence of joy.

In 2015, Natasha was six years old when she performed the Cupid Variation at a ballet competition.
You can feel the joy not only in her face but in every step she takes.
It’s clear Natasha’s heart and soul are transmuted into dance, and she definitely stands out.

Although Furman was only six during this performance, it’s quite easy to see that she’s found her genuine passion through dance.
The way she brings emotion and energy into her dance can’t help but warm the hearts of others.

And it’s clear she would continue dancing at a skill well beyond her years.
One viewer commented,
“She’s better than most 13 years olds I’ve seen performing this variation.”

The Cupid Variation is from Act II from the ballet of Don Quixote. According to A Ballet Education, the Cupid Variation is one of the most recognizable and widely used as a first-taught variation for young ballerinas.
This variation is known for its fast, petite allegro steps along with fast music. For Natasha’s case, this variation is known for her love and contagious joy that never falters in the dance.
You can see the delight and emotion on Natasha’s face throughout the entire performance.

Natasha went on to being the WBC 2018 Gold Metalist at just nine years old. In 2019, while competing at the World Ballet Competition Finals, she would choose to perform the Cupid Variation again.
When being asked by the World Ballet Competition, if she experienced any nervousness she responded,
“I am usually a little nervous but mostly excited before competing, but when I go on stage I forget everything that happened before! All I think about is dancing with happiness and joy! Also, I think about all the people sitting there in the audience and enjoying my performance, and I feel that energy coming through my body that gives me even more power to dance through the end!”

Four years later and Natasha was still performing with the same joyful charm. When you are truly passionate about what you do, it will shine through every single time, and Natasha definitely proves that.
One viewer from her 2019 competition video of the Cupid Variation commented,
“Wow you know, a lot of girls start very early but they don’t get THIS good at THIS age! Her teacher must be really good!”
It’s clear we are not the only ones who can see her talent.

Natasha would end up taking home the silver medal in the 2019 World Ballet Competition Finals. It’s clear her joy is contagious and warms the heart of others.
She was born with the gift to dance, and now she’s sharing her passion with the world. Her adorableness will warm your heart and bring a smile to your face.
