North Farmington High School in Detroit, Michigan, wanted to have a little fun with their school IDs so students decided to get dressed up as some of their favorite pop culture icons for their photos. And the results were hilarious.
The photos of their IDs even ended up going viral. Now the fun student ID theme is a school tradition for the senior class. And the photos go viral each year.
Students dress up as all kinds of characters. Like KFC’s Colonel, Mose Schrute from The Office, or Hagrid from Harry Potter. And the students really do a great job with their costumes.

11) Crazy Cotton Candy Girl
This girl picked an amazing photo and went all out for it. She’s the girl who was on the news for going “crazy for cotton candy.” She brought cotton candy to school and got it all over her face.
This is so adorable. It’s Russell from

Here we have Supreme Commander of the Resistance. A.K.A. Princess Leila. She’s known at North Farmington High School as Gwyneth Watson.
Jinkies, she can’t see without her glasses. This is Alison Audet. She dressed up as Velma Dinkley from
Scooby Doo.
This is Fiona dressed up as Fiona. Fiona Godfrey as Fiona the ogre from
Shrek. That’s a pretty elaborate costume for a school picture. She even got the ears in.
His middle name is Kurt. Not fart. Erik Elwell would also like to remind everyone that identity theft is not a joke.
This rock n roll girl is Darla from
Finding Nemo. Darla isn’t sure why her fishy is sleeping. Kelsey even wore head gear for the part.
Kayla went all out as Prince. Prince from
Purple Rain. That jacket is amazing.
Sydney Gordon decided to take her student ID picture as Mia Thermopolis. It’s the moment in
The Princess Diaries that Mia learns that she is a princess. Same face here!
I wonder if Jake is the only cowboy at North Farmington High School. Jake gets his inspiration from Woody from
Toy Story. But Jake wears his badge on his hat.

This is Sarah Lynch. She’s doing her best impression of President Trump. They both look half awake.

5) Victoria A.K.A. Hagrid
When it’s back to school time, what’s one thing you think of? Harry Potter and heading back to Hogwarts. And why not dress up as Hagrid the very person who brought Harry to Hogwarts
Ava Farquhar wants to see justice in this world. That’s why she dressed up as Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She wants to see more women on the Supreme Court.
Take a regular school ID photo? As if! Shelby wouldn’t think of it. That’s why she dressed up as Cher from
Clueless.
This person decided to be a meme. The one where people are looking for things and can’t see to see it. Morgan is looking for the motivation to graduate.
I thought Leslie Chow, a.k.a. Mr. Chow, would have graduated already. Just kidding this is Jarryn Shin. He looks just like Mr. Chow though.
Christopher is a prince of a student. He dressed up as Prince Akeem from
Coming To America. He plans on attending the University of the United States after he graduates.
21) Mr. Simpson as Mr. Clean
Even the teachers decided to get in on the fun. Mr. Simpson decided to go as Mr. Clean. You know the tanned bald headed cleaning genie with an earring that sells cleaning products.
This girl is set to have a quality school year. So, she dressed up as Wendy from Wendy’s. That’s because quality is Wendy’s recipe.
23) Parvati and Padma Patil
These sisters also went with a Hogwarts theme. They are supposed to be twins Parvati and Padma Patil. Those girls that were pretty fond of Harry.
Jeremy Weber is technically three people in his ID. He’s himself, of course. But he’s also Peter Parker and Spiderman.
If the 2018 school year was grass, Ashley Kay was going to mow it. Here she is as Tina Belcher. She used some markings to make herself look just like the

Matthew Swarthout looks just like Macaulay Culkin. So he decided to take his picture as Kevin McCallister from

Lauren Watsky’s hair does not do well with humidty. Just like Monica from
Friends. So, she’ll end up with some ultra frizzy hair like this.
Robert Koh is repping the water tribe. Here he is as a tribesmen. He’s a character from

Megan Gesse would much rather be stuck in a tower than at school. That’s why she dressed up as Rapunzel from the movie
Tangled.
Alexa wants to wake up one fine morning and have breakfast at Tiffany’s. For now, she’s going to have to settle on the school cafeteria. Until then, she can dress up as Holly Golightly for her photo ID.

The two even made their own prosthetic noses for this costume. They are Merman and Barnacle Boy. They are characters from

Hannah Savage isn’t looking to have a despicable year. That’s why she dressed up as Magro Gru. She one of Gru’s adopted daughters in

Jorydyn Taylor recreated an iconic scene from an episode of
Friends in her student ID photo. It’s the episode where Rachel runs away from being married. Look at the size of that cordless phone!
Gabby stopped shaving her armpits for her photo. Not really, that’s fake armpit hair. She definitely gets points for her Hannah Montana costume.

This year, Anthony Nannoshi will do great things. Great things like Albus Dumbledore did great things. He’s going to make sure that Gryffindor wins.
