Performing live isn’t easy, especially when you’re in front of a huge crowd, four famous judges’ and all your dreams are hanging on the line. Contestants on The Voice, experience this first hand, yet some of them thrive off of the pressure and deliver the performance of a lifetime.
Steve Memmolo is one of those people who thrived and his performance on The Voice was absolutely captivating. He sings Classic IV’s “Spooky” and leaves it all on the table with this breathtaking performance.

Steve Memmolo, was a contestant on The Voice and sang “Spooky” by Classic IV. The well-groomed singer comes out swinging, right from the jump his voice soars.
He’s somewhat of a Ben Affleck look-alike, he’s a handsome guy with a great voice to match, It doesn’t take long for one of the judges to get on board, he hits his button and spins his chair!
The first judge to spin around was Maroon 5’s, Adam Levine, but another quickly follows suit.
You can see that all four judges’ are intrigued, but being intrigued and hitting the button are two different things. At least he already has superstar Adam Levine on board, what more could you want?
The next judge that hits the red button, is the powerhouse singer, Jennifer Hudson. I’m sure every contestant would like to get all four judges to spin, but you can only pick one anyway.
Steve’s family is backstage cheering him on, although, with his talent, he won’t need any help.
The whole performance Steve gives it his all, he’s got a unique voice and some amazing vocal range to match. It’s hard to believe the two remaining judges haven’t spun around for the talented singer.
Steve has definitely won over the crowd, they roar as he hits a flurry of high and low notes. Every girl in the stadium bats their eyes at the dreamy singer.
In the end, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson didn’t spin around for the singer, but he still had the other 2 judges to choose from
Luckily, Steve only needed one judge to move on, now it’s just a matter of who to pick. Quite often, the contestants will pick the first judge that spins, as a matter of loyalty.
Steve picks Adam Levine, hoping the famous singer can help him win the competition
Adam Levine had all good things to say about Steve, including that he looks like Ben Affleck! Steve’s family is beside themselves, he really did it!
“You look like Ben Affleck and sing like Arethra Franklin,” said Adam Levine, he went on to say: “You know what Steve? At this point, I feel like I’ve seen it all and every once in awhile a Steve happens.”
