Steve Irwin, the late and beloved animal whisperer, had another passion that wasn’t publicized as much as his passion for chasing animals in the wild: his family. Steve and his wife Terri had two children together, daughter Bindi and son Robert. Bindi and Robert both give credence to the saying, “The apple doesn’t fall from the tree,” as Bindi went on to be a TV personality much like her father was and Robert, well, he inherited his dad’s love for nature.
While his father enjoyed interacting with nature, Robert enjoys viewing it, or rather, capturing it if you will. The 13-year-old travels the planet with the one weapon he needs: his Canon camera. During his travels, he captures stunning photographs of wildlife and mother nature and shares them on Instagram for all the world to marvel over.
Below are just 30 of Robert’s masterpieces for you to ooh and aw over.
Since a young age, Robert possessed the same passion for wildlife as his father.
As soon as he was able to hold a camera, he began capturing of creatures large and small. Many of his images were recognized by magazine photography contests.
Now, like his father before him, he is making people everywhere fall in love with nature, except he’s doing it through his artwork.

As Robert’s pictures clearly indicate, he has much more of his father in him than his passion for nature. In order to capture these images, Robert had to get up close and personal with the wildlife, daring to go where many of us won’t.
