4-year-old Brielle Milla wows the Little Big Shots audience and host, Steve Harvey, with her extensive knowledge about human anatomy.
When Little Big Shots opened its second season, they had a lot of interesting and talented guests on the show.
There was 5-year-old Lucy Gowen, who was fascinated and collected everything she could about Abraham Lincoln.
Steve asked her why she loved the former president so much. Lucy said, “He believed all men are created equal.” She even recited the Gettysburg Address on the show.
There’s 4-year-old Caleb Serrano, who is probably the youngest worship leader in the US.
Steve asked him how he gets everyone in his church to worship with him.
Caleb raises his arms and said, “I say, Let’s stand up and join along.” And he demonstrates with the audience and leads them in worship during the show.
There was also Elha Nympha, who flew in from Manila, Philippines to sign during the show.
She won The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2 and, for the show, she sang Sia’s “Chandelier.”
There’s also 6-year-old science whiz kid, Mason, who performed an explosive science experiment during the show. Plus 6-year-old Jaliyah Manuel showed off her phenomenal basketball skills during the show, too.
But the highlight of this episode was this adorable and smart three-year-old. Brielle Milla was going to give Steve Harvey a lesson in human anatomy.
Brielle Milla, who regularly appears as a guest on The Ellen Degeneres Show, came on to the Little Big Shots stage with a skeleton.
Steve told her he’s going to point to a bone and Brielle will say the name and describe the bone. Well, Brielle did that and she even gave a few trivia about the bone. Impressive!
It’s really impressive how her parents, especially her mom, Carrie, has helped Brielle hone her knowledge.
In a Youtube video, Carrie shared how she started teaching Brielle and her younger brother, Caden.
“I started out with the flashcards when they were about 10 months old… not with the intent that they’re going to learn something but just because it’s something different they can play with. And it’s fun because it’s something they can hold one at a time,” Carrie explained.
Another important thing they practiced that started when Brielle was born was not to have the electronics turned on when the kids were awake.
Before Brielle was two years old, all electronics were turned off whenever she was awake. And when she turned two, they gave her limited access to electronics. They did the same for Caden.
Carrie explained, “Our goal was not to keep the kids sheltered or away from things… Electronics are part of everyday life and they need to learn how to use them… But [the decision to have limited access] to learn from an early age that they can think for themselves and they don’t need something thinking for them. They’re going to learn that electronics can complement their lives instead of controlling them.”
Besides Little Big Shots, Brielle also appears regularly on The Ellen Degeneres Show, where she has talked about the periodic table of elements.
She also gave Ellen and her audience and viewers a lesson in biology.
