A woman finding out sheโs pregnant is probably one of the biggest pieces of news she could ever receive. After all, it sure does mean lifeโs about to change โ quite a bit!
One of the next steps a lot of parents take is discovering their unborn childโs gender with an ultrasound. This too is really exciting because it can help them envision their little cutie, just a little more.
Jill and Shawn were expecting their third child when they received the shock of a lifetime. Apparently, the pregnancy was โalready a surprise.โ But when they showed up to Jillโs 20-week ultrasound it went to a whole new level.
The couple had invited Jillโs sister, Kelly, to be part of the babyโs gender reveal at the medical office.
However, before Kelly entered the room โ Jill and Shawn were told a different piece of life-changing information in regards to the โbaby.โ So in all good fun, they wanted to capture Kellyโs reaction to the incredible news.
For most families, having a new bundle of joy on the way is thrilling for everyone (and not just the expecting mom). This is how Kelly felt. It was easy to tell that she was over the moon about becoming an aunt, once again.
Jill was laying on the bed in the medical room when Kelly was finally allowed to enter. The technician uncovered her belly and began working her magic with the wand as they watched up on the screen.
Although Kelly was waiting to hear if she had a new niece or nephew on the way โ well, there was something important she needed to know first. After happily looking at the ultrasound screen for several moments, thatโs when she saw it.
โAre those two?โ
Jill was having twins! Kelly then freaks out in the best way.
โOh my god, oh my god, oh my god! I was thinking those were two headsโฆCan I have one?โ
Aunt Kelly couldnโt contain her excitement and jumped around with an unforgettable look on her face. She may not have been the one having the twins, but she was just as happy for her sister and brother-in-law.
Her priceless reaction is just awesome.
โIโm so jealous. Oh, Iโm so happy!โ
There was more news to come, however.
While Jill and Shawn had found out about the twins before Kellyโs arrival, they didnโt know the gender of the babies yet. That piece of info theyโd find out altogether.
Jill and Shawn already had one son and one daughter at home. So, would their household stay equally balanced or would one sex outnumber the other?
Finally, the technician reveals they had two little boys on the way! This time everyone in the room freaks out and all their reactions are captured. Itโs a beautiful scene, as you can feel the energy just watching.
After Jill posted the video of the surprise on YouTube, it quickly went viral. As of now, itโs been viewed nearly nine million times.

The video became so popular that it even landed them on The Ellen Show. Not only that, the host even gifted each sister a new car for their familyโs. What amazing gifts for these two lovable women.
