Some people just really love their pajamas.
Ronie from Georgia has been basically wearing PJs or sweats for most of her life ever since she was 12. She’ll either put on pajama pants to walk the dog outside or even go to the store in tennis skirts so that when people see her there, they would assume that she works out.
Ronie’s hair has been naturally curly and frizzy for most of her life of which she says that she doesn’t really know what to do with most of the time other than putting it in a ponytail.
Ronie says she likes to pick whatever’s comfortable or easy for her to wear from her closet. She says:
‘I just like to be comfortable, it’s more me.”
But it was time for an intervention. Cue in loving sister.
Carolyn had Ronnie nominated for a makeover at the Rachael Ray Show to which the latter says that she was “completely blown away.”
You can’t really fault someone is caring as Carolyn who is only looking out for her sister’s well-being on how to “feel beautiful, confident and proud of who she is” because that’s how much Carolyn feels about her.
The Brand-New Ronie
And now, a new chapter in Ronnie’s life is about to begin at the Rachael Ray Show with the show host herself, followed by Carolyn and the man responsible for Ronnie’s transformation, renowned makeover artist Kyan Douglas.
When Douglas was asked about how the procedure went back with Ronnie, he just opened up by saying:
“She’s incredible and she’s like my new favorite person. She’s a really special person.“
Okay! So it looks like things are turning up pretty good for Carolyn’s little sister. Now all that’s left is for the moment of truth itself: the new and improved Ronie.
Upon walking out from the back and revealing yourself to the world and especially her sister, the best word to use here would undoubtedly be “speechless!”
Carolyn was so moved that she was almost on the verge of tears upon seeing Ronnie’s transformation. In fact, Rachel was so much in awe that she said:
“If I had those legs, I would walk naked around town.”
She even insisted Carolyn set Ronnie’s pajamas on fire after what she had just witnessed.
And when it became Carolyn’s own turn to get a look at herself, she tried to contain her excitement as best as she could before giving your sister a thankful embrace.
