Congratulations to Serena Williams and her new husband, Alexis Ohanian!
The tennis superstar and Reddit co-founder got married on November 16, 2017, in New Orleans. The happy couple had many famous guests in attendance, like Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Colton Haynes, Kim Kardashian, and more.
Since their happy nuptials, Alexis and Serena have shared photos of their wedding and the pictures are absolutely stunning.
The couple got married just two months after their welcomed their beautiful baby girl. Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., nicknamed Olympia, was born on September 1, 2017, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The New Orleans wedding was photographed by Allan Zepeda Photography. The photographer shared photos of the wedding on their Instagram, as well as Alexis and Serena.

The couple had a wedding fit for a princess! The theme of the wedding was Beauty and the Beast.
There were scrolls and decorations that donned the film’s theme, “Tale As Old As Time.”
Vogue was in attendance at the wedding and shared some of the exclusive, intimate moments with their readers online.
Alexis shared the photo of him kissing his new bride online with his 207,000 followers and shared a note for his wife and the mother of his child.
“You are the greatest of all time, not just in sport–I’m talking about as a mother and as a wife. I am so excited to write so many more chapters of our fairy tale together. And my whole life I didn’t even realize it, but I was waiting for this moment.
And everything that I have done, everything that I am so proud of in my career, and in my life, for the last 34 years, pales in comparison to what we’re doing today. And I am so grateful, and I am so in love.”
The wedding took place at Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans, where the couple shared a special first dance as “Tale As Old As Time” played.
The couple first met when Serena was busy with the Italian Open. She’d gone out for an early breakfast at the Cavalieri Hotel. Having missed the buffet, she and her friends took a seat by the pool to eat out there. Alexis had a similar situation happen with the buffet and sat down right next to them.
“I was so annoyed that he’d sat down next to me,” Serena told Vogue. “There were so many empty tables!”
Alexis made her laugh when her friend Zane started to tease him. Surely enough, that was their meet-cute and they announced their engagement in December 2016.
Alexis captioned the photo of him and Serena walking onto the dance floor with, “That feeling when you’re first introduced as husband & wife.”
Alexis shared many snippets from the big day, and on a photo of him with his groomsmen, he even lists where he’d met them all and made sure to note that they all loved his bride.
