When a family adopted Duke, a rescued dog from a shelter, they never expected him to pay them back. The family recognized that something was amiss, and they went to their daughter Harper’s room to check on her. She was only nine-weeks-old, and the family discovered something shocking. Harper was not breathing very well, so they immediately phoned the ambulance. Thankfully, the family was alerted to the baby’s condition in time as the paramedics were able to revive her and bring her to the hospital where she made a full recover.
