We don’t want to keep you waiting. To make this intriguing tomato-egg recipe, you’ll need the following checklist.
This is what you’ll need:
- tomato
- 3 eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- Italian herbs
- 50 grams of cheese
- olive oil
Step 1. Cut the tomato into thin slices.
2. Crack three eggs into a bowl.
Season your eggs to taste.
3. Add a little bit of salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
Then beat the eggs using a fork or a whisk.
4. Grate the 50 grams of cheese.
You are now ready to cook!
5. Grease your cooking pan with olive oil and place the thinly sliced tomatoes.
After a minute, flip the tomato and cook the other side. Then, just sprinkle salt on top.
6. Distribute the egg mixture evenly on top.
Then spread the grated cheese and cover the pan. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Finally, transfer to a plate and serve.
