Prince Harry is a big fan of polo and loves to play a match or two any chance he gets. He also has some amazing cheerleaders that get just as much enjoyment from attending his games and cheering him on as he does from playing. So who are we talking about? None other than Meghan Markle and her adorable new baby, Archie, of course!
Since Meghan’s marriage to Prince Harry last year, the American-born actor, now Duchess of Sussex, has in short time become one of the most beloved members of the British royal family.
The couple’s son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, is pretty awesome as well.
The two attended the charity polo match in England a few weeks ago accompanied by Kate Middleton and her three children, as well as five-year-old Prince George, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1.
It turns out, Prince William was actually on the other team in the polo match competing against Prince Harry, so it was nice that both were able to have their kids there on the sideline watching and rooting for them.
Also, in case you wondering, Meghan was wearing a chic linen dress and Archie was wrapped up nice and tight in a warm blanket.

All in all, it was a very exciting day for everyone who showed up to watch the match and fans of the royal family were very happy to finally see baby Archie in public.
This is the first real public appearance that the newborn has made since his birth a few months ago.
Up until the polo match, Meghan and her son had largely been avoiding any contact with the media, which is pretty understandable. A newborn baby can be a lot for any parents to handle, even if you belong to the royal family. Something every new mother and father knows is how difficult the first few months can be.

The only other glimpse we had at Archie was a few days prior when Meghan and Harry released a few photos of the baby in honor of his christening.
In addition to Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, the rest of the royal family was also there to celebrate with them and share in the joy. The pictures from the christening event are simply adorable and we are looking forward to seeing more.

It will be so cool to watch how Archie continues to get bigger as time goes on, and also to see how it affects Meghan and Harry’s relationship. They say that bringing kids into a family can either bring a couple closer together or push them further apart.
For this royal couple, we are betting on the former. They look so happy together, and after the polo match was over, Harry immediately went to go check on his wife and the baby to make sure they were okay.
It’s heartwarming to see that everything is going smoothly for them, and we are super excited for more baby Archie appearances in the coming weeks.
