It’s no wonder why this video of a young man playing piano went viral — it’s incredible! And now it’s making rounds on the Internet.

Bryce Dugal is an 18-year-old delivery man who, at the time, just graduated high school and worked at Hungry Howie’s pizza. He was delivering a pepperoni pie to the Varchetti family in Detroit when they opened up their door and he noticed a piano in their home.

When Dugal laid his eyes on the piano, he was filled with curiosity and a need to play it! So, while it’s not expected of a delivery boy, he asked the family if he could play their piano, and they happily obliged.

We’re not sure what the family was expecting, but it definitely wasn’t a full-on Beethoven sonata! That is what the boy whipped out of his back pocket and it was phenomenal.

Not only did he wow the family, but he also impressed everyone on the Internet when a video of him playing the baby grand got the attention it certainly deserved.

The boy was working at the pizza joint to make some extra money, but it is clear where his true talents and passions lie — in music!

“He was just beyond good,” Julie Varchetti told the Washington Post.

He continued to play the third movement of Beethoven’s “Moonlight” sonata, and the best part was that it was all from memory. When he was there, he claimed that he was self-taught which just makes it that much more impressive.

The footage was initially recorded and uploaded to Facebook by Julie. Thanks to her, it went viral.

“A lot of people sit down at the piano and play something slow and beautiful. But when I play for someone, I like to go all out,” Dudal told the Washington Post.

And it gets even better. You know how when young kids are playing video games, they don’t really stop and look up for anything? Well, Dugal’s playing was so good, even Julie’s 10-year-old son and friend stopped playing their games to look up and see what the heck was going on. His playing is good enough to stop anyone in their tracks.

At the time, Dugal was set to attend Macomb Community College on a baseball scholarship, however, he was happy to have rekindled his passion and start up the piano again.

“All they see is a pizza delivery guy,” Dugal told the post, explaining that he loves to surprise people. Fun party trick!

Growing up, Dugal’s family had a small keyboard, so he started to mess around with that when he was about 6-years-old. He would listen to complicated songs and teach himself as much as he could, until he went on to take lessons for many years. Unfortunately, though, other activities — like baseball and working — eventually took up his time and he put it to the side.

We’re happy to see that Dugal relit that flame though. He’s so good, it would be a shame to waste that pure talent!
