40 Photos Captured A Moment Before Disaster Struck

If we’re lucky, at least once in our life, we’ll take a picture that is so perfectly timed, that you can see the story that is sure to play out. In this case, those stories end in disaster.

1) That’s Gotta Hurt

It doesn’t even look like she was playing dodgeball or kickball and still got hit in the face. She was probably trying to take a nice photo and is about to have a giant red mark on her cheek.

2) Think He Caught Them?

At least this dude in the background is trying his best to catch these kids. Maybe he did, maybe he didn’t. But no matter what, they won’t want to get back on that horse.

3) Cards Can Kill

If you aren’t afraid of someone throwing cards at you then you need to be. Cards can slice right through your skin if thrown right so this is frightening.

4) Someone Is In Trouble

This little boy might have been encouraged to play fight but it looks like he got a little too intense. That guy is not going to be happy if he ends up with a broken nose.

5) That’s Not How It Works

This girl has never shot a gun in her life. If she tries to shoot one like this, she’s going to break something. Let’s hope this is just for the aesthetic for her sake.

6) There Are Better Ways

These people are not experienced movers. It won’t take long for them to realize what a bad idea it is to try to move a couch down a ladder. This won’t be pretty.

7) Has He Noticed?

This dude is so casual for someone who just lost a bike wheel. He’s on the phone, smiling, and riding a long. He brought a new meaning to popping a wheelie.

8) They Can’t Move

This is how you practice discipline at all times. This sargeant was in the middle of a lecture when the sprinklers activated. Of course, not one of those men are moving.

This cat is about to ruin someone’s life by knocking over their prized possessions. But can you really blame the cat if you have a cat and still stack things on shelves like this?

10) Never Lean Forward

This girl didn’t learn how to jump out of a swing properly as a child. Either that, or she’s doing an amazing crane trick and we are going to miss out on seeing it.

11) Hopefully It’s Staged

From the look on that guy’s face, that fall was not staged, but we can have hope. That the little girl is an amazing acrobat and purposely fell in the slimy bubbles on the ground.

12) That’s Why No One Does This

You usually don’t see only three girls carrying the groom, and this is why. The poor guy probably didn’t think it was a good idea nad he was so right because he’s eating sand.

13) Trying Out His Armor

Everyone in this photo is drunk because that’s the only reason this would take place. Hat-dude is falling on the ground and beard-dude is taking a bruising.

14) Hey Sis, Look

This is definitely a sibling that shot their younger sister in the eye with silly string. That’s the only thing you’re not supposed to do with it besides eat it.

15) Seemed Like A Good Idea

These kids think they can jump onto the waves and I’m sorry to say that’s not how it works. They landed on the sand and getting hit with that wave.

16) Never See This Stage

You never get to see a balloon pop like this but this kid filled this balloon up with the hose until it popped. Luckily, someone caught it at the perfect time.

17) Who Is Driving?

Now here’s a daredevil that is going to to great and stupid things with his life all thanks to his dad. I wonder who is going to take the brunt of this landing though.

18) At Least She’s Happy

It took me a second to figure this one out, but it looks like a cake is heading straight for that girl’s face and she’s embracing it. Either that or she hasn’t seen it yet.

19) You Can Feel It

Looks like he doesn’t have much time to respond.

20) Perfect Face Plant

I feel bad for this kid but this is a perfect photo. Somebody hit him dead in the face and it is proven with this picture. Even the triangles on the ball make a perfect star.

21) Rub The Face

The worst part about this is that it looks like he’s patting his face instead of hitting it. This is why you don’t play football on the beach. Keep in to volleyball and frisbee.

22) Grammy Gots Ya

She may have let him fall off of the swing but at least she was flabbergasted and hurried to his rescue. If you haven’t fallen out of a swing, did you really have a childhood?

23) Don’t See That Every Day

This balloon just burst and it looks incredible. He has been gifted the crown of aqua band shall now be exalted by fish everywhere. You’re welcome.

24) Who Was In The Wrong?

This is awkward. But do you wonder who did the wrong thing? Should the construction crew have up bigger flags or should she watch where she walks?

25) She’s A Brave Woman

This grandma is a brave woman. Her grandkids left on an atv and it didn’t go so well. But her instincts kicked in and she probably saved this kid from a fate much worse.

26) Face Flop?

Bellyflops are bad but face flops are even worse. It looks like this guy did a backflip off of the edge and I’m just glad he made it far enough out because faceplants on concrete are the worst.

27) They’re Waiting For It

This man is considered the world’s best bellyflopper. If that isn’t a title you’d be proud of then you’re like the majority of the population. Belly flops can be torture.

28) Giving The Thumbs Up

Look, he’s totally okay because he’s giving two big thumbs up. He hasn’t even landed so we don’t know the extent of the damage, but he seems to be doing great.

29) He’s Gonna Ninja Roll

We can hope this guy can do some killer ninja rolls, but more than likely, he’s going down hard. He was also going fast when this happened which makes things way worse.

30) Surprise Initiation

We don’t know the story behind this picture but about one hundred people are in for the surprise of their lives. It’s already starting to hit a few of them.

31) Should Have Been Playing

There’s no mistake as to who is in the wrong here. Obviously, he shouldn’t have thrown the ball before checking to see if his buddy was paying attention. But oh well.

32) Hope That’s Not His Brother

There’s a great chance that this is a brother vs. brother war. The victim in this case is going to be so angry when this hits him that no one knows what he’ll do in return.

33) Just Stand There

Do you wonder why she’s just standing there? So does everyone else. Maybe she likes the idea of getting plastered with water while standing on the beach.

34) Show ‘Em What You’re Worth

This was not supposed to happen. Someone let fireworks get out of hand and go off into the trees. I just hope no one got hurt in the process because this is disastrous.

35) Was It An Accident?

At first, it looks like this drink is dumped on purpose. But if you look at the drunk guy’s face, you’ll see it’s a big “oops” for him because he did not see this coming.

36) Worse Than It Looks

Those who don’t surf can never really relate to a surfing photo like this. The guy is taking a twenty foot fall into the water and that’s never fun.

37) I Think She Missed

Someone is not a good volleyball player here. Is that person the one who hit someone in the face or the one who got hit in the face? Maybe they just need to coordinate.

This photo has been memes time and time again. We don’t know the whole story behind this but more than likely, this guy lost a friend in the process.

39) Don’t Ask Questions

This was taken before a wedding contest and we don’t even want to know what’s going on here. It’s a strange contest with strange results and we can’t relate to the lady on the left.

40) Maybe He Was Hungry

There’s a good chance this deer just bit her shirt because it was there and there’s a good chance he was just hungry. Maybe somebody should get his mama for him.
