You’ve probably seen your fair share of drivers who have no business sitting behind the wheel of a vehicle. Depending on the situation, it’s either funny or frightening. Regardless, these are the people who get others to stare. While there’s no shortage of bad drivers, we pulled together 50 of the best, or in this case, worst examples.
Who said that all bad drivers are humans? In this case, it’s a dog. Let’s hope he’s sitting on his owner’s lap. Otherwise, everyone needs to move out of the way…quickly.
Do you get the feeling this individual didn’t pass driver’s education? Yeah, we’re right there with you. Sorry, dude, but that’s not going to help one bit if you’re in an accident.
Here’s a little piece of advice. Don’t eat spaghetti while driving. And if this individual thinks they’re going to get out of a ticket…they’re not because the proof is in plain view.
It’s common for people to get into the wrong lane. But when there’s an image of a bicyclist, it means something. Just because you have a small car doesn’t give you the right to use the bike lane.
Hey, it’s awesome when people repurpose things like pallets. But this wasn’t a good idea on any level. Rather, it’s a disaster waiting to happen.
Excuse me, who’s working the pedals? Sure, this guy can press the gas. But what happens if he needs to brake, especially if he needs to stop quickly?
7. “I can see clearly now the rain is gone”
The rain might be gone but what about the snow? With this vehicle covered, there’s no way this driver can see anything. Perhaps they’ve never heard of a defroster or ice scraper.
There are two problems with this. First, driving a high-dollar sports car in deep water isn’t good for it. Second, and more importantly, it wouldn’t take much for the water to wash that vehicle away, putting the driver and any passengers in danger.
So, what do you do when you have a hot date but no clean clothes? Well, this person thought it was a good idea to buy a new washing machine. Perhaps a trip to the laundry mat would’ve been a better, and safer option.
10. What’s with all the appliances?
Look, if you need a refrigerator, it’s worth spending a little extra money to have one delivered. Apparently, this person disagreed. Who cares if it falls out and hits the car behind it.
11. Read between the lines…
…or in this case, park. Can someone please explain how this person got it so wrong? It’s not as though the bright yellow stripes are hard to see.
That’s what happens when you try to take a shortcut. This guy’s car is all messed up. But maybe not as messed up as it will be when the crew that poured the concrete gets their hands on it.
One man was super proud of his new car. Wanting to show off to his friends, he whipped out of his parking space to get on the road. Feeling too confident, he failed to see the large brick wall in front of him.
That big object covering the windshield isn’t a problem for this driver. After all, he’s had his license for years. So, he’s relying on his instincts.
What on earth was this person thinking? Obviously, nothing. Hopefully, this ended up being one of those police karma videos on YouTube.
Why just why? This person must’ve wanted to save a few bucks so they bypassed renting a trailer. But in the end, they might regret that decision depending on how much damage the car sustains.
Even a slight shift of the load and that driver is going to be in for a rude awakening. Wherever this photo was taken, it’s clear there aren’t any safety guidelines. It’s more like cross your fingers and hope for the best.
What’s that saying, “If I fit – I sit?” Well, this driver thought it also applied to his parking. This is what you call entitlement.
Sometimes, you see drivers who do something innovative. But that’s not what’s going on here. Instead, this driver is lazy and disrespectful.
That’s probably what you’d be doing if you saw this in front of you. Forget about being in the wrong lane. This driver isn’t even on their side of the road.
21. For today’s magic trick
If you look closely, you’ll see this driver wedged their car door between two vertical objects. How in the world did they do that? And what are they going to do to fix it?
You’d think with only three wheels, this driver would’ve noticed something off. You know, like a really bumpy ride. Or perhaps the sparks flying everywhere.
If this driver was a car gymnast, they’d score a 10. You have to admit that’s impressive. Seriously, they nailed it.
Nothing weird going on here. The funny thing…this driver won’t notice it until they get home. Then, they’ll understand why a bunch of people pointed and laughed.
25. One is not like the others
And no, we’re not referring to the semi-truck. But rather, the white car. The driver thinks they’re on a four-lane road instead of one with only three lanes.
26. Getting the car washed
When your vehicle gets dirty, you head to the nearest car wash. That’s what this driver did. But what did we say about taking shortcuts? It’s never a good idea.
The driver dragging the gas hose? That was lame. This woman showed how if you’re going to do something, go big or go home.
…or in this instance, more like loose golf balls. If someone isn’t smart enough to open the trunk to investigate a noise, they have no business being on the road. This is downright scary.
It seems as though this person thought they were supposed to do something spectacular to get a “heads up” response. Well, they did. We suggest the salon owner change the name of their business.
30. Safety isn’t paramount
That’s what this driver thinks. In their mind, the vehicle is in perfect condition. We’re sure if they had it inspected, they’d learn otherwise. That’s if the cops don’t ticket them first.
For anyone who thinks they can drive on a bike path instead of the road, pay heed. This is what happens. Those lanes aren’t designed to carry the weight of a vehicle.
If there’s one place where every driver needs to be extra cautious, it’s in a school zone. The 25-mph speed limit is to ensure the safety of children. This driver was going so fast they flipped their car.
A driver or passenger should never use a bungee cord to extend the length of their seatbelt. Look, a lot of larger people drive. Just an FYI, they sell actual extenders for those individuals.
Nope, the phone this guy is on isn’t a distraction. And as for the plate of food that he’s eating, it’s not distracting either. The road has this driver’s 100 percent attention. Note the tone of sarcasm.
…I want to be a pickup truck, so says the convertible. Hopefully, the driver grows up first and realizes this is a horrible idea. Even if they put red flags on the end of the lumber, which they didn’t, it still a terrible plan.
Okay, so this driver can park their car on top of another vehicle. But when you consider what it took for them to achieve that. They shouldn’t be driving…period.
When it comes to innovative driving, that usually entails doing something amazing, like developing a way to make a vehicle more fuel-efficient. Well, this driver went in a completely different direction. They devised a method that increases the risk of an accident while driving.
If you can figure this one out you get extra points. Something looks weird with the tires and that’s definitely a DIY welding job. Here’s some advice…never let this individual work on your car and when on the road, avoid them at all cost.
39. Everyone out of the pool
That includes the driver of this vehicle. How they ended up there, we’ll never know. For everyone’s safety, let’s hope it’s damaged beyond repair so they can’t drive again.
If that’s not a disaster waiting to happen, we don’t know what is. One bump in the road and those cinder blocks go flying. Sometimes, there are no words.
As part of driving, people have to pay close attention to the road. But they also need to pay attention to other things, like areas that are blocked off. This guy learned a hard lesson…never park where a crew is pouring concrete, especially when there’s bright orange tape to keep drivers out.
42. Is that photoshopped?
The answer…no, it’s not. That’s a real car that went airborne and crashed into the second story of a house. This person needs to have their license revoked permanently.
If you need to haul a mattress, this is one way to do it. But we didn’t say it was the right way. The only positive thing about this is that if the driver gets hit on the right side of their vehicle, there’s extra cushioning.
There’s nothing wrong with collecting scrap. In fact, it’s a great way to make extra money. But for anyone interested in this…rent a large truck or make multiple trips. Driving around like this puts too many lives in danger.
If not, this is unnerving. Good grief, the entire hood of the car is covering the windshield. Seeing something like this warrants a call to 911.
46. Discernable difference
If a driver can’t tell a bike lane apart from a road, they shouldn’t be sitting behind the wheel of a vehicle. That’s just the basics. You can only imagine how they’d do if faced with a serious situation.
Who needs an RV or trailer when they’ve got this? Their entire house is on the back of a pickup truck. That might be convenient for them but it doesn’t give other drivers on the road much peace of mind. We have just one question…how much gas mileage do they get?
Do you know what’s worse than a bad driver? It’s a bad driver who’s also a conspiracy theorist. So, this guy strikes out twice.
49. Thanks for the heads up
Some signs are perfectly fine such as “Baby on Board.” But something like this? Not so much. You kind of feel sorry for the people in the front who don’t get the same luxury of receiving a warning.
Clearly, the driver on the left doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. There they sit at a red light on the wrong side of a double yellow line. Maybe they want to race the other driver or perhaps they’re just a really bad driver. We’re leaning toward the second option.
