Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients:

All-Purpose Flour
Baking Soda
Baking Powder
Salt
Unsalted Butter
Granulated Sugar
Brown Sugar
Extra-Crunchy Peanut Butter of your choice
Eggs
Vanilla Extract
Of course, Dry Roasted Peanuts

The Process

Beat the soften butter and sugars together on high speed. Usually, this process is about 3-5 minutes but it depends on how you want your cookie texture.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Use your trusted food processor or even your blender to grind the peanuts into a fine powder.

Combine and beat all the ingredients together.

Scoop the right amount of dough into mounds

You can also roll them into small balls.

Simply use a fork to press to get that criss-cross pattern

Lastly, bake the cookies until the edges are set.

You can also tweak the recipe if you want to add chocolates. Just make sure to create small batches first to lessen the chances of making a bad batch.
