The Paris Texas fire department decided to have a go at the now viral lip sync videos that are taking the internet by storm. With 1.9 million views, these boys have set the lip sync trend on fire.
No men were harmed in the making of this video.
The video starts of with the guys sleeping in their quarters, a small smile on their faces as if in a dream.
As if on cue, the camera focuses on some of the guys singing Miley Cyrusโ โWrecking ballโ.
Utilizing their equipment and background, they emphasize the fact that they are manly men by holding an axe and even swinging from the truckโs crane completely mirroring Mileyโs music video.
Giving Miley a run for her money
Complete with facial expressions and emotional gestures in their firefighting uniforms, they belt their muted voices out before the scene shifts back to some of the guys still sleeping as if lost in a dream.
A quick run through a country jam of George Straitโs โThe Firemanโ with the guys in a truck for good measure before fast forwarding to a guy with his hat on, he mouths through โThunderโ by Imagine Dragons before his friends join him for a quick dance in the wet.
Looks like the department mascot wanted in on the fun too!
These guys are a hilarious bunch
They even poke fun at the police by showing them sleeping on the job with powdered faces from sugar. Must be all the doughnuts.
A fire truck drives by the cop car as they blast The Foo Fightersโ โHeroโ with emphasis on the fire response team as the heroes.
Talk about starting a fire.
The quality and editing of the video is actually really good!
Must have been sizzling out there
The video keeps getting better. The build to a climax with some comedy thrown in makes for a compelling watch. These guys know what theyโre doing and it shows.
You know a guy is confident when he does not mind wearing a tutu skirt while acting out Aquaโs โBarbie girl.โ
He exits the room in sunglasses and a skirt, completely shirtless as he slides down a pole.
He sings and dances around a truck befitting a popular male at an all girls party.
Pretty sure the ladies will have him.
Somebody better treat that burn
At the end of his solo act, the boys thank the local police department for challenging them to create this amusing act.
They then proceed to issue the same challenge to other fire departments in North Texas. That means more hysterical videos to choose from. Thank you, gentlemen!

These lip sync challenges have no end in sight and no one is complaining.
The guys from Paris fire department took it to a whole new level and now other stations need to rise up to the challenge as they create their own videos. We canโt wait.
