Some photos are more than meets the eye. The right angle, lighting, or timing can create the illusion of a completely different scene or circumstance.

1. Floating on air
Ever paddled so hard that you literally started floating in the air? Well, this girl did. Sort of.
It just looks that way because of how amazingly clear the water is.

2. Spare cat heads
So THIS is how cats have 9 lives. They simply replace their parts as they get older. Makes total sense
3. No-neck
This is what all giraffes look like before they hit up the chiropractor.
A few adjustments and this fella should be back to normal.
4. Floating herbivore
Don’t ask me. I have NO idea how this happened.
Maybe the zebra has so much gas that it’s literally floating? Who knows?!
5. Siamese… dogs?
Siamese twins aren’t at all common. It looks like these two dogs have the ability to combine on command!
You can never have too many good boys!
6. Incredible artistry
The sculpture was designed to look like it’s fake. I would go so far as to say that it CLEARLY accomplishes that goal. It’s pretty unreal how a human can make something like that looks like an animation.
7. Baby legs
A relaxed and content face and the legs of a baby. He can buy alcohol but he can’t ride the rollercoasters. A real dilemma.
8. It took me a second
I didn’t realize what was going on here until I saw the shadow! She is covering the legs of the chair with her feet, making it look like she’s floating.
9. Jacked little 9-year-old
This little girl is on the JUICE. She’s been working out for years and is ready to become the next Ninja Warrior. Oh, wait, she’s just on her dad’s back.
10. Baby cow
Mini cows are the newest rage – everyone wants one. Small enough to fit on the edge of a fence.
11. Losing the gravy
This photo looks incredibly sad. Losing your gravy is basically a crime! Thankfully, the plate is ALSO plaid.
12. You decide
Is this a hand held up in rock formation or is this a cat up close to a TV screen displaying a concert? You decide… we don’t know!
13. Flat or a pyramid
When I first saw this I was SURE it was a pyramid. Now, it more looks like a flat coaster. It’s really trippy either way!
14. CatDog
The show CatDog used to play on Cartoon Network back in the day, remember that? Well, now we know what happened to them after they retired – they are living their best life!
15. Levitating croc
With the reflection of the water, this croc looks like it’s levitating! Flying crocs sound like a real nightmare and something I want NOTHING to do with.
16. The end of the tunnel
Sadly, this is what science has officially discovered as the “end of the tunnel” that people see when dying.
Just kidding, it’s simply Harry Styles’ butt.
17. Two sides of the same coin
This is a good representation of what it means to love yourself. Same person, one hug, and a changed perspective. Or it’s just a camera trick!
18. A single leg
See the lone leg next to the suitcase? Maybe it’s a monster from the briefcase in Fantastic Creatures from the Harry Potter Universe… or it’s just a woman on the subway.
19. This is one person
Don’t know how, but this is one person. Have fun figuring this one out.
20. A beautiful window
This is the kind of architecture that makes some buildings breathtaking! To make a 3D cube out of 2D glass windows is truly creative.
21. Soon-to-be lunch
That poor fella doesn’t know that there are man-eating seagulls on this beach. Well, he’ll find out soon enough, especially with how hungry that gull is looking.
22. Car defroster
Well, that’s one way to defrost your windshield.
But in reality, this car isn’t on fire at all – that’s just a reflection.
23. Flipped perspective
This girl laid down so she could get this super trippy photo of this pool of water! It almost looks like a portal opened up above her.
24. In public?
From one side of the wall, we see a normal man getting a massage on a chair. On the other side of the wall, we see a man…well, you know…in the middle of a public place.
Perspective is everything!
25. Bubble dog
Is this puppy trapped in a bubble?
Nah, but it sure looks like he’s floating on air!
If there is one thing we learned, it’s that perspective is everything! From floating crocodiles to bubble dogs, all it takes is a well-placed camera to capture the imagination!
