Phil Paz is a police officer for the city of Oklahoma City. On this particular day, Phil had an itch to sing something, but what? He settled on a classic by Lionel Richie, “Easy Like Sunday Morning.”
Those are some big shoes to fill! Msgt Phil Paz, from the Oklahoma City police force, rose to the challenge and blew viewers away!
The police officer echos the words to the Lionel Richie song in his squad car, and he doesn’t disappoint!
He begins with the iconic, “yyyeaaaa bbabbyyy.” After that, he’s off to the races and hitting all kinds of notes, low and high. He’s a little bit subtle at first, but once he gets into the groove, the soul comes pouring out.
Hiding behind some cool shades, the Peace Officer doesn’t miss a word as he nails the classic song. Lionel Richie would definitely be proud!

Phil Paz is quite the singer, people all over the internet couldn’t believe their ears. Being almost the opposite look of Lionel Richie, no one expected that beautiful voice to stream out of the officer’s mouth. Halfway through the song, Phil lets loose, he raises the octave and starts hitting every note you can imagine.
