Erik Conover gets a private tour of one amazing NYC mega mansion, led by real estate celebrity Ryan Serhant.
โฆWhich means that now we do too!
Ryan is known for his television appearances on the Bravo show โMillion Dollar Listingโ, but now he shows our gracious host through a 20 million dollar listing, and oh boy, is it astounding.
Letโs dive in shall we?
This seven story, twenty million dollar townhouse in the heart of Chelsea is a tall drink of water! When Erik asks Ryan which floor is the apartment, he can only respond that all of them are!
How do you get up and down seven stories of mansion?
Well, if youโre into keeping fit you could take the stairs, but who wants to climb seven stories of staircases to get to your office. Otherwise, you can take the private elevator. You read that rightโฆprivate elevator.
First Floor: Spacious Kitchen
With an outdoor patio and top-of-the-line kitchen, the first floor welcomes you in uniquely.
Second Floor: Living and Dining Rooms
With eleven foot high ceilings and plenty of mirrors, the room feels spacious, yet cozy. The fireplace makes it feel just like home and those couches look oh so comfortable.
Then around the corner on the same floor, you get the dining room.
And look at that street view. In the summer when the trees are in full foliage it provides extra privacy and a wonderful splash of green just outside that window.
Third Floor: Master Suite
Forget master bedrooms, this ENTIRE floor belongs to the masters of the house. Opening up to a massive bedroom, complete with its own sunny balcony, this room is lavish. A narrow hallway leads around the corner to a giant walk-through closet complete with changing seats which look like a Louis Vuitton changing room.
Continuing on to the master bathroom, you can see the five-fixture set up (apparently thatโs a big deal?).
Thatโs two shower heads, a bathtub, toilet and two sinks. You gotta see it.
Fourth Floor: Kids Room and Other Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in total apart from the master bedroom, and each one is just as impressive. For one, each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.

Imagine having such a big house that you canโt even fill all of the floor. Why not put in, letโs seeโฆa bowling alley? A library? A petting zoo? The options are limitless!
Sixth Floor: Private Office With Benefits
Check out this huge and stylish private office. I certainly would love to work in a space with not only a private sunny balcony, but a full bar set up too! The bar even has a special wine chiller.
Seventh Floor: Rooftop Deck
When living in a beautiful house just becomes too much, you can always pop up to the rooftop for a spot of sunbathing and a cocktail. Just imagine the shindigs you could throw with a view like that!
Basement: Pool and Wine Cellar
Or, you can chill out in your own private underground pool room. And it f thatโs STILL not doing it for you, you can still check out the top notch wine cellar complete with wall-to-wall chillers.
